Hello, how can you make the keyboard slides out anytime by holding the bottom left hardware menu key? I was able to do this with my Atrix 4G but I cannot do the same with the Note 2. Thanks.

I want to know the numbers of touch viva buttons.
I am seeing only green and red buttons. Other than that the up and down controls.
Will any body help me in this regard.
I shall be thankful.
?
I don't clearly understand? The Touch Viva has an identical layout as the Touch, with the exception of the right side camera button. Power Button on the Top, Green (Answer) Key on the Left, Center 4-way scrolling pad buttons, Right (End) Key.
If you need anything else, let me know, my sister owns one.

In settings of touch viva, there is buttons section. In that it is written button 1, button 2 , button 3, button 5, ok button and so on.
I want to know where are those buttons and how to allocate different functions?
Any further help will be highly appreciated.
[REQUEST] Changing default bottom 4 key assignment & menu unlock
I really want to make buttons to assign like G1 - "Call, BACK, Menu, Home" how this can be done? can someone write app for it, google search button in nexus one is waste,
Also looking for trackball or long hold menu button click to unlock phone,
Hope someone can help!
I have just upgraded to a Motorola RAZR HD from a phone that had physical (capacitive) "back", "home" and "menu" buttons.
I find the fact that in some instances there is no "menu" button when one could be used irritating. ie, when on the home screen, pressing the "menu" button would bring up a menu with settings etc, but with the RAZR HD there in no "menu" button displayed in that instance.
Is there any way to replace the "recent apps" button, or better yet, add a persistent "menu" button to the onscreen button panel?
I'm aware that on the HTC One V, there was a half functional way of doing this, see

Is there a work around (or a menu setting) that would accomplish this?
If you switch to Cyanogenmod you can assign a long press of one of the buttons to work as a menu button.
Taking screenshots on this phone is tedious. You either 1) have to swipe with your palm or 2) press and hold the home button and power button, which has proven to be highly prone to error. If you mis-time it, you'll trigger the Home button.
On my Nexus 5, it's easy, you just do volume down + power.
How can I make this happen on the Galaxy S6?
Have been only using galaxy android phone, S7 they changed the buttons functions. The menu buttons is now "recently opened app scroll", and holding down the home button now gives google assistance or s voice and menu function is now assigned to holding the back button.
How can I get my S7 to function like previous galaxy phones? Menu button is menu function, holding the home button should be recently opened app scroll. I have been using this for 7 years and it is really annoying to learn a new layout.
Thanks.
I don't think you can do it other than using on screen buttons. The menu button hasn't been used in over 4 years IIRC
I'm using Button Mapper for changing button functionality.
