+1 of this. Coming from New York, USA. I'm guessing the servers aren't here in America.
Got buffering about every 15-30 seconds. Unwatchable unfortunately.
Edit: I do love the idea. A lot of variety!!! I wish I had better service. I wonder if it's just my sucky Fios...
In Europe it's really fast... I'll see if I can do something about it.

It was every show I tried but now it won't even load the list of shows. It errors out and then closes the app.

I'm in the US but have tried it with multiple vpn connections including a couple in Europe. All I get now is the error when loading the shows.

Must be a problem with the American server. I hope it's a temporary problem, otherwise I'll try to find a solution.
I'm in America, California to be more specific and it seems to work well. Tried a couple shows so far. Every other time I try to open a show page I get a crash back to the main screen. Past that episodes load fine and play well on Wi-Fi. I'll test my 3g when I'm home in a better signal area.

Been working fine for me. Some things I have noticed though are the status bar not being hidden when playing a video, just cosmetic. I hope in the future there can a resume option. Make it more obvious which episodes are available, since some episodes are in the list that haven't been aired yet. That can get confusing. Just some observations from me.

Seemed to work well on 3g overall. Would be nice if you could choose a lower bit rate for videos to steam at though. Although not the fastest my connection wasn't bad. I ran a speed test at 768kb before playing and still hit buffering every minute or two.
One suggestion is to show how much has buffered in the player instead of just length and position. Then people with slower connections can see where the buffer is to know whether there good to go or should pause for a buffering break.

I'm in Florida and the server seems to be in pretty good conditions. I've been watching American Idol for the last 20 mins and only had to go through the initial buffering ...
One thing to notice is that I have no idea of knowing where my Buffer bar is; also, the quality goes up and down at will.
Several major audio sync problems are also present.

Looks like the problem is my vpn oddly enough. I turned it off and the app loaded the shows just fine. Once the app is loaded I can turn the vpn back on to play the videos. Not sure why that would be the case but doesn't look like anything is wrong on your end.

Thanks for sharing. Only watched about 5 minutes of Alf, to check out but good picture & sound, & no buffering. Has great shows. Will be nice that another user said shows that's not on my Netflix or on my Amazon Prime.

Tried several 2.3.4 roms with Skype(market version) and video wouldn't work at all only audio. Searched through different forums and doing several google searches I came across this modded version and it works flawlessly and also has Advanced Settings so you can mod your front and back camera to your liking as well as sound mods. Here it is folks.

uhh... i signed out, saw skype icon disappear from notificiation bar. then went to atk and it was still there, killed all apps anyway, and guess which was the first app to pop back up...yea, skype.

Go to settings>applications>running services. The task manager from status bar aint accurate. It displays more memory used then it should and also doesnt show all apps running (probably to stop people closing important system apps
Will this version fix the choppy audio when the screen turns off bug that returned after 2.3.4 upgrade? I had clear audio on Skype v2.1 on 2.3.3 ROMs.

I'm using it now..I don't see any reason to use it because the camera options work still on 2.3.4 if you use the leaked Skype from a month ago. It was named skype_2_0_0_47-signed.apk and it worked just fine.
This one works too..i deleted the old one to install this one...I love it..doent kill the battery or anything though. Happy with Skype now.
after i enable video,, program keeps crashing. i'm on revolver2.5. any help is appreciated.

DISPLAY is 63% everythig else was 5-10%
I'll try to callibrate it and see how it goes.
Recommendation: ifthe gps doesnt connect, just use gps fix and gps status app.. my gps couldnt connect even after a minutr and after applying the gps fix, connected in 5 secs

Also on the first call has no sound: when I'm doing my settings thing after installing new rom I always go to

Never had any problems with first calls. Don't know if that's just my phone or a simple solution to the issue.

Google syncs all your contacts with Gmail, so it will restore them automatically.
WiFi figured out downloaded different tether app put on wlan 1. Battery life sucks big-time....facebook app keeps closing.

No it doesnt. Does most, but not all. Ive tried adding the syncing to back up. When i reload a rom, they are gone. Vzw backup gets them all.

I had all around crap luck with mine. I only had it 3 days and I couldn't take it. On the internet, it would hang up, crash, not zoom and even display weird colour. Tether would not work. Facebook was so so. The camera sucked, it would wig out and act like I was looking through acid goggles. Should I continue?

Really? I have yet to see anyone on the leak get their CPU to actually go to sleep. Uptimes and real uptimes are always identical. The CPU doesn't sleep......ever. I have an extended battery and have a setCPU profile to WAY underclock it when the screen times out, but the CPU never truly goes to sleep. I am managing, but it is going through my battery life faster than normal (even in airplane mode it drains).

1 thing to note is that I've been in the settings and put in my location and it tells me it can't find that location. There was no problem before.

Yeah, just saying that it still works on some ROMs, so it's apparently not all the backends failing. Unless PACman uses a different backend.

This problem has been bugging me for a month it seems now.
The first thing i did every morning was check the weather on the Lockscreen.
Maybe this isnt new but i have not found a fix in our forums so..
I went where of coarse... google.Started looking around to find a fix
and sure enough.Good ole XDA boys got it figured out and they have
a Flashable zip that i have tested and confirm it works on Slimbean 4.1.2 V4
There is also a standlone APK for 4.2. but it will not work with anything under 4.2

There is also a standlone APK for 4.2. but it will not work with anything under 4.2

Some some reason, the FBQuickView did not correctly send notifications to my device. I installed it and the app works inside the app but notifications were not working. I would have to go inside the app to see them but the Gear 2 did not vibrate.
Yea is not working properly, I've un installed it. Gonna wait on a better update. App is not that great either.

They're not too many apps so we can keep track of them easy, I'm making a list to make it even easier. Feels like when I got my tmobile G1. I would test any free app. Hopefully this grows faster. A lot useless apps out there.

how come we have to search for these apps and they don't show up under all ?
I access these by opening gear manager then opening Samsung apps from the menu in there.

That's how I access them as well but don't see fb quick view or the other new apps under any of the lists I have to search for them for them to show up

Sometimes you have to go all the way back, let me upload a video. This happens when u get on the market from phone then when u go from gear up it is messed up. But if u go back back.... you should come to that screen pic #2

Why is Samsung Apps empty when travelling??? As soon as you leave your region, the list got empty and you cannot even search for apps! Really finding this stupid... :crying:

Samsung is having a problem with the Gear2 apps anyway....
There are way too few apps available,
that is why they organize a Gear app challenge next month.

I am pretty sure they were planning this from the get go, not because of some perceived lack of applications. Big companies do not make decisions like that on the fly, 2 weeks after launch. It's just not how corporate resource tracking and finance work.
CNN and eBay were added yesterday. Glad to see some legitimate apps coming. I love the watch, but the lack of functionality is kind of disappointing. Definitely need a navigation/google maps, facebook/google plus, google hangouts, etc.

I see it on there version 1.2.00 but no news or anything floating around with compatibility of gear 2 , would have thought the news would have hit tizen experts page as well with some more info on this verison.
