Rooting GoClever R974 - General Questions and Answers

Hi.
I have tried every method to root this tablet and non of them work at all and i'm at my whits end with it tbh.. Isn't there a simple way to do without chinese apps and long methods.

Any one know of any custom rom's for this device?
There is also an forum at slatedroid.
Still an great device but not much developing is going on for the moment.

[Q] I am unable to root my Maximus Max908 Kitkat

Here is my device configuration. I tried Framaroot,Towelroot,Kingoroot, Kingroot, vroot, eroot. I tried almost everything. Will you please guys tell me how i can root my Android Phone?

Rooted S8 now bricked with this.........

Rooted this for a friend a while back using bootstrap method and he gives it to me today like this. He says he doesn’t know what he did but knowing him he was trying to tweak on it. Is it salvageable?

I tried to do with king root app but it is not going further than 1%.
Also I haven't tried other methods because I can't find the perfect or solid one.
