I did root my tab and install TWRP.
Placed Hyperdrive on Internal SD. I dont have external memory card in it .
Now when I boot into recovery I couldnt find it on anywhere.

Im waiting on my 32gig micro SD but can I still flash Nvflash and a rom without a SD card ?

Currently cwm recovery requires that you have an sd card to flash a rom. It won't read the internal memory. You can flash the recovery with NVflash without an sd no problem though.

Yes you can, they updated so recovery now reads from internal memory.
Look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1054492 just make sure you flash the right recovery for internal storage.
G2X
Sweet! I hadn't seen that yet.

I'm wondering if I'm going to switch my rom from an internal based rom (weapon g2x) to an external (eaglesblood 2.3.5), do I need to change my cwm from internal to external support? I just got a new SD card so I'm ready for an external based rom finally. Do I just reflash reocvery for external? Move a folder?

Not necessarily. Just make sure if your recovery uses the internal memory that whatever rom you want to use is saved to the internal memory before you boot into recovery. Same goes for external memory/recovery.
Thanks for the response ... but isn't it true then that rom manager wont work because it'll be looking for it on the external? This was my experience last time, although it may have been because I didn't have an SD card either.

Just noticed this today myself. Glad to see that feature added. This question comes up regularly, almost as much as "how do I root 2.3.3" lol. Now it will be simpler to explain how to flash a zip from clockwork.
My SD work as normal to contain mp3, movie to play. It can mount unmount in Setting/Storage and PC also can recognize. But in Recovery mod not found my SD card. Any help please...

You must mount the external_sd if you have CWM 5 or 6, don´t know about stock recovery as I´ve never seen it..
I made a nandroid backup, before install a liquid smooth rom,i have a esfile explorer and when i go to clockwork mode there are nothing in that folder,im not sure but i think there are suppose to have a folder named backup
Check data/media. You installed a 4.2.2 rpm which rearranges your internal sdcard.

I had similar issue when trying to figure out where it put it but when I used the search function in the explorer it was able to find it.

Move the entire CWM folder to your external sdcard and just continue making backups to your external sdcard going forward.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 I think i broke it.
I tried installing a custom rom but, I didn't have a backup and I deleted everything on the device so I dont have a rom to load.
I have CWM and whenever I reboot it takes me there.
Is there a way to install a rom from the computer? Please I really need help.
I have been trying and searching for 12 hours no help please I don't know where to turn please help.
Copy a ROM installer zip to your external SD card using your computer and a card reader. If you don't have an external SD card either get one, or read up on running the adb push command from terminal on your computer and properly push a ROM installer to the internal SD using said command.

@shakatu is correct. External SD will save the day. You can also try downloading a ROM to your computer then plug your tab into the comp and through cwm you can mount as storage then transfer the ROM to your device and flash it. Aside from adb or just Odin back to stock these are your best and only options.
CWM>Mounts and storage>Mount USB Storage
