I'm having a problem with my xperia ray i wanted to install android honeycomb with clockworkmod recovery and now when I boot my phone it vibrates the Sony logo appears and then it stucks it won't boot further.
I tried to flash it but my phone needs to be turned on.
How can I install a new software with my phone turned off ?

I flash the cm11.zip in cwm on my xperia tipo
After flashing i reboot the system
But after that my phone does not swtch on even the recovery mod does not open.
I tried to connect the phone with pc but the pc does not detect my phone.
The sony logo also does not come up.
What should i do?
Plz help me?

Try connecting your device to your PC in Fast Boot Mode and flash proper kernel with recovery.
i stuck at boot animation, try to restore backed up files in ext card via cwm..
but when i enter cwm.. it's only show blank screen. the led is already turned into blue..
my device is sony xperia tipo with sjb 8 rom

Okay so I wanted to downgrade my sony from CM11 to 4.3, because I didn't like it so much. I download the stock file for the sony xperia sp. Then I entered recovery mode (CWM) and flashed the zip. Without reset,wipe etc, now my phone keeps rebooting itself and I cant get into CWM anymore and I can't enter fastboot. My phone now just keeps turning itself on and off. The time is only a few seconds, please somebody help me
Hello I own Sony Xperia L and it's rooted.
For the last few days I wanted to add lollipop custom ROM to my device but it asked for some recovery or cwm something but I could not find Xperia L's recovery so I downloaded some other's phone recovery after that I downloaded an app for my mobile it's ROM Manager PRO and I flashed the recovery.img file and tried to reboot it and there! my problem starts! now my phone won't turn on when I try to press power key it just vibrates no sign of SONY's logo or anything just black screen and vibration every time I try to on it I tried connecting USB to make it work but no It does not I also tried going to boot mode but that too does not work, so what should I do now?
I had installed a custom sony xperia boot animation on my android one(android 5.1) phone from roomtoolbox but now its stuck at the boot image.Problem is that the phone turns on completely but the boot animation(image of sony ericcson ball) just wont go,I can even use the the unlock gesture to unlock the phone but its stuck at that image and i cant do anything. Plzz help me!! .I also tried recovery mode but it says no command error.
