Hello.
I have a Galaxy note phone, and I was planing to buy a nite 10.1 tablet. But before I want to know if is possible to sync the notes on S-note application between the two devices. I think is important.
Thanks in advance.
It looks like all you can do is just share the .snb files between the two. Not very elegant, but looks to be the best we have at the moment. Hopefully future updates will bring tighter integration.

I used Dropbox, then paid 4.99 for pro unlock key. Perfect. Syncs both ways. Very nice so far.
I think you can use a feature on the Note called wifi direct to transfer things back and forth between the two devices. Give it a try. I don't have the Note phone so i can't, but I know this feature is supposed to work. Let me know how you make out.

In theory, yes - but the S Note doesn't auto sync

To sum up answers, no. First SNore does indeed auto-sync. At least on Note devices. For integration, the SNote will not sync from one device to another. It sucks really, I have the Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet & the Galaxy Note 2 phone, no integration, hopefully that changes!

My note 10.1 and original note ( gt-n7000) sync well with no issues.
My notes sync between my note 2 and 10.1. You have to have an active Samsung account and be logged in on both devices.
I'm trying to do exactly that, and on my Verizon Note 2 it says under the Samsung Account "Sync Disabled" with no apparent way to enable it. It looks like a carrier greyed out feature. Anyone else seeing this?

Looks like I've found a way around this with Dropsync.

Hi,
I have the KK Testrom installed on my Note 10.1 (N8000) together with the new S Note app.
The good thing is that I am now fully compatible with my Note 3 (S notes).
Only thing is that the notesize is so much smaller compared to the older S Note app. The notesize of the new Snote app are compared to the screensize of the tablet. The older S Note app had a more A4 notesize (at least twice as big as the newer app).
Is there a way to enlarge these note size?
It looks like you chose a landscape format. Clear snote data and select a portrait template.

where did you got this rom?
what exactly your issue been with compatibility?
I have N8010 and all note files from Note 3 would not open there. Samsung tech support keeps on telling that they are working on the issue but after 46 days this is the only thing they say.
Thanks,
Hello
i have an S5 and a Note 10.1.
i'm using dropsync to sync my s-notes.
however my note 10.1 does not "see" the notes created by my S5, even though they have been synced to the note and are in fact there in the same snote directory.
I've noticed that there are two s-note formats: snb and spd. Seems the S5 creates in SPB, and perhaps the Note 10.1 cannot read these? My Note has Android 4.4.2 on it.
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks.
Because Samsung wants to buy a new Tablet

The S note app on our Note 10.1 has been left in the dust by samsung. You can convert note 10.1 documents to be views on the s5 snote app but not the other way. SAMSUNG REALLY DROPPED THE BALL on this one..
this is a known issue ..

Ok, thanks a bunch. That is really too bad. I was hoping that with my S5 i could have my notes with me all the time, the ones i've taken on my 10.1 That is really ****ty of Samsung.
Do you know if there are any offline conversion options for converting S5 notes so that the Note10.1 can read them?
thanks.
As the title states, the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 doesn't seem to have a Screen-Mirroring feature. I believe it is also a 2014 edition too. I've checked the notifications tab when sliding down the screen, and there isn't any option to mirror my screen.
I've tried several third party apps as well, one being mira-cast which didn't help. I'd prefer not to root my device also.
Thank you!

Hi and welcome to XDA!
From what I read here I see that you have a SM-T230NU.
Tab 3 7 and Tab 4 7 don't have screen mirroring, only the 8.0 and 10.1 do.
The SM-T230NU model is indeed a Tab 4 7, so no screen mirroring for you on that tab.
Apologies for the late reply.
