I have the white Hyperion case for my Anker 5200. Fits perfectly
Just got the black tpu and was kinda disappointed. I wish they made it just one step thicker. The sides bow out easily. A similar case I had, from a different company that made the extended battery and case, for an e4gt, was thicker. The name slips my mind at the moment. Trexcell.
Also, there are cutouts for the volume and power. The problem I see with this is the little bit of plastic that is between the button and the edge of the case, that is a raised lip for the screen, is weak because it is cut out. Don't care for this case and will be looking for something built a little stronger.
I have a Puro black TPU case and i was thinking on buying an S-View cover but i was wondering if it's worthy to buy and use.
If anyone here has it please feel free to tell me your opinion
S-View are great cases if you dont mind having to hold it open like a book. If you play games there not the best.

The S View screen is actually a bit useful. Add my mod and you get music controls! (Shameless advertising)
However, whether it's worth it at the price is something else. I have a Samsung black one and it got scratched a bit easily (could be cause of the car mount though), and I'm tslking about the front side, the material is a bit torn in a way.
Take a look at the Spigen Slim View Armor, it's what I'm thinking of next.

Very worth it i love it I'm not worried about damaging the massive screen at all!

Not really worth the expensive pricetag. Doesn't offer protection. The s view window thing is quite cool though
If you are using TW roms you will love it. It works really well with calls (answering without opening the cover and really protects your screen scratches in your pocket etc. It is also more likely to prevent a screen crack after a drop that a case without any from cover (even with a screen protector on) withou affecting the size of the device that much. It does make your s4 feel a little larger (the back is not as thin as the stock cover. On the other hand have its own back cover means that it doesnt really matter if it gets scratched.
The downside is that is leaves the corners and sides unprotected which can scratch quite easily.
I've been using it since the day i bought my s4 and i love it. Am now using it on PAC ROM using s-view hatdroid app from playstore. (which works better that expected and has music support for apollo) and i can even answer calls like TW roms by enabling glove mode.
Spigen Slim Armor View all the way. Buy directly from Spigen... anywhere else its a 99% chance you get a knockoff. Learned that the hard way.
I love the screen protection it provides. And I love S View. Makes it great to just glance at the time, answer calls, snooze the alarm, etc without opening the case. And it seems the case provides very good protection without much bulk.

Hey, i just posted this in its own thread..but i picked up an S-view at Tiger Direct for 29.99...had it marked on the shelf from 59.99.
I didnt think it was worth it for $60, but for $30 i figured what the hell.
Does the S View cover have a magnet? Or just like the Samsung Flip Cover which is utterly meaningless?

Preference friend, preference. Sview cover is thinner and slimmer. There has been reports of people's spg case breaking already.

I've had the Spigen Slim Armor View case since it came out, and I haven't had any problems with it so far. I even have the wireless mod inside the back cover, and it still fits over it without any problems.

Its a great case if you can get it cheap, just make sure you don't order a fake one, like I did first time round
I have it and love it! I don't really use it for protection, but more for style

It does have a magnet but only to lit up the screen when the cover is open not to retain the cover close.

Did anyone tried protective cover + of samsung ?
http://www.samsung.com/au/consumer/...es/EF-PI950BNEGWW?subsubtype=other-multimedia
It looks neat and cheap indeed, watched some video reviews and it looks nice. I have 2 questions about it (in case in future if someone tries)
1-) can I use this cover with NFC charging back cover (thickness issue) or it won't fit?
2-) would screen protector glasses fit well with this cover?
spigen screen protectors fit with it and its 9$ on amazon idk about the first question
I have it. No problems using NFC. I don't have glass screen protector on it. The only thing I don't like is the shiny sides are a little slippery.

I have it and have zero issues thus far. I highly recommend it!

Hi all. I've been searching everywhere for a white matte battery door replacement for the S4 and it's very difficult to find. I found a black one from KHOMO but I feel that it wouldn't look too good on the white S4. If anyone has found one, can you please post a link? Thanks. ?

An alternate method would be to grab a matte back protector (ie. Ghost armor matte). Have it for my original back cover and very satisfied.

Thanks for the tip! Ther Ghost armor matte makes the black phone look really cool! :good:
What do you guys think how long it will take for the OEM faux leather backcover to be available on ebay or other phone parts sellers?
I want one really bad:cyclops:
I just decided to go with an ultra thin matte case. I'm content about my decision ?

I took battery door off and sprayed it with a few light coats of white plasti dip. Matte white is slick. Protects from scratches and when I get tired of it I can peel it off and spray another color.
