Maybe you don't have enough phone memory.

You'd do better to post in your phone's specific forum.
It might've been a bad install. Try reinstalling, using the same method as you did the first time. If it fails again, try flashing a different ROM.

Hi it sounds to me that you must change your radio-rom,it happend me once also .....Succes

And they are offering the Sony Xperia Tipo and the Alcatel OT-991 as free devices.
And I cant decide wich of them should I get ..
Any helpfull tips mates ?
xperia definitely, easier to unlock boot loader and most definitely better dev support

The best you can do it's to search the forum for your device, or you can go here:
Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E
and you will find all you need for your Xperia E
