I'm using a lenovo s820, rooted, running stock rom and jb 4.2.1
I couldn't find any recovery like cwm or twrp for my phone and I ended up downloading a recovery that said it was a version of cwm for my phone from this app called mobileuncle mtk tools
The app flashed the recovery onto my phone and rebooted into recovery except that it didn't boot into recovery
Now it is stuck in a boot loop where it only shows the lenovo logo but does not boot
I've tried booting into recovery by holding "vol up+vol down+power" but it does the same thing
I tried booting into factory mode but it is in chinese and I cannot understand anything in it
I have a backup of my rom before flashing the recovery but it is stuck in the boot loop even after restoring the backup
I've also searched a lot and can't find a solution to my problem!
I've seen some solutions saying I should flash stock rom using flash tools but there's a big problem here. Flash Tools refuses to flash the stock rom onto my phone. I tried to do it while keeping the phone in meta mode but it wasn't happening.
I've attached the image of the factory mode menu
Please help asap! I can't use my phone at all and I'm panicking and I don't know what to do!!! :crying: :crying: :crying:

Hello, i bought a cubot x6 a few months ago and was having an unstable signal problem, so i decided to change ROM to see if anything happened. when i was flashing the ROM, the instalation stuck at about 75% for half an hour so i took off the battery and rebooted, when i did, i had no system, the phone just gets stuck at CUBOT logo, i tried flashing 2 custom roms i have in internal storage but it gets stuck in the ROMS logo instead of CUBOT'S. I tried flashing custom rom with sp flash tool but when i plug the usb cable the download doesnt start...If i click on mount usb storage thru the cwm, on my computer, the phone folder only has a clockworkmod folder in it and zip's of the custom roms, i think my phone system is really gone, how can i solve this? Thanks in advance

My stock rom was 4.0.4 . I rooted my phone and installed cwm . Then tried to install a new rom. I wiped my cache partition . Then at the time of installing new rom ,there occurred an error. That rom was for mt15i not for mt25i. Now my phone is stacked at boot logo. I've tried to flash it with factory default [.ftf] file . That flashtool say to disconnect my device ,press the back button & then connect usb. I also did that but nothing happened . It still stacks at SONY logo boot screen . I tried to enter recovery mode. It is also not working. Please help what can I do now?
guessing this means you didn't make any sort of backup before flashing the ROM
So i got this phoen the other day and noticed the pre installed rom is taking up to many resources, so i decided to try and root the phone and install a custom rom, after the phone rebooted from using Kingo Root It got stuck in an infinite boot loop.
Phone just restarts over and over again, i help Power and Volume Up, this takes me to the boot loader screen and i selected recovery, now i jhad twrp installed and naturally assumed that it would go into recovery mode, Well it didnt and now i am stuck with a phone that just either restarts or sits in fastboot mode when i put it into it.
Any suggestions, to be honest i cant find any stock rom for it, this is the only phone i have and i need it.
Go to the official website and download upgrade tool .. it will identify the phone then downloads the firmware and u get ur stock ROM
This is my friend's phone. It was showing many stopped working dialogues during initial setup. So, I tried getting into recovery mode to restore factory settings but was frustrated with the dead android. It never went with any combination. So I downloaded this firmware: https://samsung-firmware.org/download/GALAXY CORE2/xz1j/INU/G355HXXS0AQA1/G355HODD0APJ3/ and flashed via odin but after successful flash it goes back to the ddead android on recovery. I also tried flashing: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...de-how-to-install-cwm-samsung-galaxy-t2990852 without reboot but no luck. It reboots to stock recovery with dead android.
Help will be appreciated.
