Can you boot to recovery? If so, just restore your backup.

I had this screen.I had to reflash stock rom(since i couldnt enter recovery) using lgmdp
Search somewhere for the unbricking tutorial(fast boot method) and follow it step by step and you'll have your phone back. It isn't bricked from my experience (problem happened to me after using from manager)

I got the same problem after flashing the Clockworkmod 5.0. Then I flashed the 4.0x version (found in the rooting guide on XDA) and it's now working smoothly

You should make sure you are erasing the old recovery before flashing a new one. This can be done as a fastboot command or through the advanced options in rom manager.

After much consideration I decided to root and install ICS from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1354263 following this guide.
I rooted successfully and used ROM Manager to make a backup. When I came to installing the mod, my phone is just stuck on this screen -> http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7960393/IMG_20111125_125549.jpg
It has been like that for about 15 minutes. Can anybody help me?
Thanks
EDIT: Apparently clockworkmod recovery got wiped :s
Flash a new cmw with fastboot and you'll be set.

Have you tried do go through the steps of the one click root process again? (assuming that is how to you rooted your phone the first time)
If you can boot into the OS, flash cwm twice in a row using Rom Manager. It takes two flashes to get the recovery to stick.
If no OS, push the cwm file using adb.

I've not been able to catch up to speed with the new custom roms and need some help from the community.
When I brought my UK WIFI Xoom (MZ604) back in Autumn 2011 I had it rooted, Clockwork recovery installed and a Tiamat custom rom on it. I switched it on earlier in the week and the boot screen just kept on loading in a cycle and wouldn't stop. I thought to save myself time I grab a new rom and install the ZIP as normal. Now the Xoom just goes in a cycle of the loading rom screen. I don't think I've bricked it because I'm able to get into the recovery mode.
I've been out of touch and need some clear guidance in what I need to do next.
1. All the ICS roms have ceased development? Reason why I ask is that its easier to 'recover' my Xoom with just install a new Rom over the old?
2. Jellybean requires additional steps to put the customer rom? Its not just a simple case of install new Rom over the old via clockwork.
EDIT: Just to note I'm still on HoneyComb so looking further I might need to put a new CWM on my tablet and reroot?
Thanks.
Question: As I've got CWM currently installed, if I perform flashing eos recovery, will this resolve my issues?

I think I can revert it back to stock but I was hoping to do a quick win solution and download a rom and install. I might have to follow some guides tonight and get it up and running again.
Try installing rogue touch recovery and flashing a different rom.

jocazmaj have a good point - I had to use OMAP4430 tool for this phone to unbrick it and went back to Gingerbread and finally after three or four months (after getting tired of LG's stock firmware), then I finally flashed THIS version (1.25) with CWMR via ADB and now running PAC-man ROM. I will recommend giving OMAP4 flash tool a look - it is found on the development thread for this phone.

Thanx guys. I ended up using LG mobile support tool to reinstall GB. It then gave me the ICS update which I will try and install today see if it will work.

In order to make your device boot with any custom rom on it- while unlocked, s- on
you have to flash boot.img from the rom you're flashing,...
via fastboot ( on pc ) before rebooting in to system

It shouldn't matter, as long as you do both straight after each other.
Ok. For flashing Rom I have to go to tw recovery(in my case) then flash the rom then goto bootloader and flash boot image then restart the phone. Is it like this?
