IIUI? I've never heard of it nor seen it in dev threads. I also googled it but nothing came up. Can you link to some information about it?
Or do you mean the Chinese based MIUI rom? That ones currently in the Android Dev forum.
I think you mean MIUI. And the devs here did an awesome job bringing it over to the S3. Here's the version for the Verizon phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2028368
Every ROM is carrier (ATT, Sprint, etc...) specific, so make sure you download the right one.

Sorry, best ROM, best kernel, best App, etc. threads are not really allowed on xda. It really boils down to the features you like and the way you use your device, so only you can really decide the "best" ROM. Try them...it is fun!
This may now be an age old question, but will root and custom rom installation be avaible anytime soon?
