Hello ! I am a noob, so I don't know much.. The problem I have it's that any rom I install the mobile data it's not working, I mean i can enable and disable the option but i can't connect to the internet..
Does anybody knows why? Please help !!

Have you made your data settings in Settings-Wireless and network-Mobile networks-Acces point names ?

I didn't do anything, I just installed a new rom and it's the same problem, again and again.. I don't know how to do that

You must add an access point for use an internet connection!

try Cm10.1 by Erickas, data is preenabled. Go in Mobile network> settings> service provider(what ever sim you use) also check for apn settings.
Please make a full wipr and install the new rom.

don't try anything i tryed all. our v0.6.10 with diff driver only way we have apply that path,k remove sim,memory card,switch on phone put ur pin/password/patten lock thn immediately switch to airplane mode before wifi scan,u have to do it fast.thn replace org wap_supplicant.thn restart
is there a way to fix this wifi problem slow speed and constant disconnection ???

I did the exact same thing. In retrospect, I can't believe I was retarded enough not to make a backup of the original file first.

Ad-hoc workaround needed
I have tried everything to get AD-HOC wifi on my phone.
wpa_supplicant 0.6xx / terminal commands / softwares like Connectify etc
Android apps are able to see the AP , but can't connect.
Eagerly waiting for Android to natively support AD-HOC connections , If there is any workaround , pls share it.

Right, I've restored the original file now so I can use my phone again but still no luck getting ad-hocs working.
U can use mhotspot or connectify on windows 7 since adhoc isn't supported

I had the same problem. First enable mobile data in settings then restart your phone. It should work.

It happens more often..use restart connections app from play store..no need to restart everytime u need connection..

Have done this too and back to 4.1 too still the same now m running canvas 4 rom btw when i enter in factory test it works there without any problem means it search my network quickly in factory test so its some software problem right ? Its not an hardware issue na wanna confirm it ! If its hardware issue i cant do anything then :'(

My phone is not in warranty and its far from my home i lose my imei too but i recovered it now wifi problem is killing me :/ this one happens from its own

So what to do bro any solution ?? My mac address of wifi is unavailable and sometimes it turned on but everytime the mac changes when it turned on ! My actual mac is not there any way to recover ??

hey guys,i have tried cm 10.0 ,cm 10.2 dirty ROM and every time i am facing a common problem, whenever i connect to my WiFi router,after some time my phone gets disconnected and then i have to connect it again,very much annoyed by this thing,is this any hardware problem or kernel related problem??

fresh phone..
when i was about to connect to the wifi
and it said "wifi error"...
and i don't know how to fix this..
i also tried to restart my phone and remove battery.. still NOPE..
