Does anyone know about someone or a company that can fix the screen of my buddies phone? It's cracked on about 50% of the surface.

Markyzz says good but from my own experience doing screen replacements is a thing that must be usually done by professional people or at least people with tools. There's always something that can go wrong. And first of all is the electrostatic discharge that can fry some sensitive components inside phone.

They say "Corning Gorilla Glass"
It has gorilla glass. It is listed even on the official company site which has all the gorilla glass embeded devices... Gorilla glass is not breakproof only scratchproof and this only to some extend.
look at ebay, there are many complete packs for replaceing the display, including tools for opening the phone.

I have yellow spots on my screen, should I replace my display or there is some other solution, is there anyone who solve this and how? While I was using Promethius ROM with WiFi on phone gets hot and yellow spots are totaly visible like the screen stating to burn. Good one with Gorilla and banana.
Do you have warranty for your phone?
I would try flashing back to stock, unroot and call LG support.

Can anyone tell me where can i find matte finish screen guard (online)..i stay in India. I found 2 on flipkart that says anti glare... Are two things same?.... And any alternatives??
Thanks in advance
Sent from my GT-I9103 using xda premium
Yes, Anti Glare itself is Matt finish....
i think you can get it in the shops....
Bought one locally for 80/- Works great!!
Privacy guard reduces the viewing angle and makes it blurry to people sitting next to you where as antiglare only reduces glare. Both are matte finish though so take your pick!
Press Thanks if i helped :good:
Get amzer anti-glare screen protector. Just for 144 rs on flipkart, it's the best!!

I have done it too and it fits well..
Should i upload the pics??
And vikesh, the daylight problems and the oily hands problems have not been faced sine then

Yeah buddy i know it does.
But you find it online not in shops as our device is not very popular.
We also have to think for those who dont have debit cards or credit cards.
Loopholes you see

In the worst case scenario you would have to go for screen replacement but what if it worked?
If I were you I would definitely give it a shot. Be sure to dry it completely before using.
Some of my friends have this problem
But don't worry, now their screen is normal, haha
The screen cures itself
