Hi there!
Anybody knows what cpu governor settings and cpu frequences are best for our pico? Specialy for sense 4...
Settings like in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1778975
Thanks.
Use low frequenciess for battery back up, high for performance.. depends on you.. use ondemand governor... download SetCPU to control frequencies and governors...

Use set cpu, the profiling stuff over there is really good and very customizable. Plus its free. anyway for hd games put something like 800max and 480 min ... should solve some lag issues..
good work...

Everyone's processor will be able to handle different overclock settings. Some will run at 2.0 all day every day with no problem, some will reboot every 5 minutes at 1.2. Find what's best for you and go with it.
Everyone is running the ROM that they found worked best for them. This is a development forum and the developers have all put hundreds/thousands of hours into their ROMs and all shine in their own light. What works best for you may not work best for others, and being that it's a development forum, there will always be bugs/quirks to be worked out. That said, I recommend flashing every single ROM on this forum, testing them out for a few days, and finding what's best for you.
No I understand completely I know the rom and oc to myself I just wanted to know what everyone else had I'm not looking for change I'm just curious about others

Don't really see the point if you already know/are set on what you want to run but either way I'll play along
Absolution 3.3
wake = 268/113, ondemandx
sleep = 192/268 conservative
that's the profiles I use regardless of setcpu or daemon controller..
Or...try using the Rom for a few days without doing anything. I used to mess with all that bit honestly, atleast on my phone, I can't tell a difference.

Hello guys,
I have got quadrant score 3139,
I have posted that in Android group,
But one mothafaqa, is not believing it and telling SGR is ****, low end phone, impossible to give such a score.
He is also telling that you have over clock the phone,
but i have not, i don't even know it.
I am defending my phone.
You can all see that post in Android group, face book.
I am in Neo rom 2.1
Adi pat kernel, 2.6.36.3 ram size is 853 mb.
Now tell me or give me an app through which i can show him my phone speed, so that i can defeat him.
I am on vacation i don't have computer here, so give direct link.
I would like to tell all.

I got a score of 3154... When compared to Optimus 2X, I noticed its the I/O score that is skewing the results. Maybe that's the case with your result as well, coz Integer/CPU, Memory, 2D, and 3D scores are comparable to 2X, and sorry to say this, pretty low compared to other high-end phones. But with the current score, our device is placed above Atrix 4G.
And I am on stock rom ZSLE6 and stock kernel.

Anyone know why the last test in Quadrant, the spinning thing runs at such low fps? It is usually in the low 30's which if I recall was way less then my GNEX on that part.
This is stock, not overclocking or anything.

It's not a low cpu score, the 2 under it are both quad core cpus. If you put it against the first dual core on the chart it destroys it.

There is a lot of depth of field in a spiral dna chain especially when it's rotating.
I usually get mid 30's on that portion.

Looks like your CPU is underclocked or set to a power-saving governor. Check the Performance tab under settings.
Honestly, it's not worth worrying about, unless you really care about benchmarks. Are you noticing any actual performance issues in day-to-day use?
Arbitrary numbers mean nothing.
As long as your phone handles the task, who cares?
Why in the wrong section
Sent from my HTC One XL using Tapatalk 2
Quadrant scores are always a bit lower on AOSP builds. Doesn't mean squat for real world performance.

nice one
The only Android phone I've had where Quadrant scores are really high compared to stock with Cyanogenmod was an Atrix. It jumped from around 2500 to 5500.That's 3000 over stock. It didn't show too much of a difference though like it sounds. Every other phone I've stayed nearly the same or a little less.
Mine. Running expiramentalx kernel and viper rom ice cream sandwich version.

Benchmarks means nothing! ! !
Jk with you
I don't know why that is. Have you tried playing with developer options? I've never gotten lower benchmarks on cm.
