Request to all ROM DEV'S, Please use ROM manager. (Info Inside)

Koush is supplying a great too with ROM Manager
It supports,
-Kitchen like facility
allows a modaco kitchen like setup where the rom can be base and the RM will apply update.zips selected by the user to have a custom rom
-ROM update.zips
-easy to set up for RM
-Generally awsome
If the majority of XDA ROM devs used this would make everything much easier and make roms much easier to navigate...
at the minute we rely on a lot of forum threads that people have to trawl through?
Is this really the best way?
Continue to have ROM's available on the forum but it is much better to use for buy reporting etc.
This would also reduce the need to check forums constantly for updates as updates would be notified by RM
Just imagine
Alternativley if your lazy please provide QR codes for your download links.

Well i dont find it that easy..
When i click "Reboot into Recovery" i will expect it to boot to recovery instead of doing it manual after that..
Or am i wrong?

thx so i can say to jdouce that it works fine with RM, i'm using with v3 recovery.

Nice one, I'm sure that makes it much more appealing to devs.

just did a sample and omg it takes like 2 mins ... i did one for ahmgsk-mod and manually added the js file...
took less than 10 mins

The page makes it look a LOT more complicated than it really is. I'll do another post on how to do really simple setups. It really does take 2 minutes.

FIRMWARE - Your phone's operating system as you got it pre-installed in the phone from the factory ..... which is Android (duh..!)
MOD - A modified/changed/different version of a normal application/theme/ROM or anything you are using in your phone...

1- i think it's called "" Help & Troubleshooting forum""not as you said.
2-when i made this post my first post wasn't answered yet you tht means you sow it late then you wrote these words
3- don't think i didn't search for it on sites or googling it ... bcz if i posted my prob that means i coulnd found enything helpful for me .
4- go back to first post read to prob then u'll know that is a particular prob with link2sd...

and i don't think i shoold made i video on youtube for my prob to understand it bcz it's clear anaugh , and about CWM or what ever iti is the idea is to give you key word even if it's only a tap keyboerd by me ,
i know bro that my post have no importance for the others , but when we learn good enaugh we become a producers and we share our knowledge .

As i tested,the first boot is so long....about 4 mins .

I have tried this ROM for a couple of hours and everything seems to be working except GPS. GPS does not work.
It's a pity, because the UI is very nice and elegant and apparently run smooth.
Is it possible to fix GPS?. Thanks.

Use the report button in an offending post to let us mods know we need to take action. Dont take matters into your own hands!!!
Sources need to be posted for all kernels!!!
You need to use TAGS like [ROM] or [KERNEL] and so on as used in all dev forums throughout XDA
Any disputes between developers should be handled by pm. No public posting in a dev thread regarding these matters
Rom issues should be discussed within their respective threads
Thread titles should ALWAYS coincide with ROMS ALREADY AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD!!! No advance notification of incoming ROM through thread title. A changelog for the yet unreleased Rom can be included in the OP or in another post CLEARLY MARKED as EXPECTED CHANGELOG
Posting in the development section means automatic ACCEPTANCE of the above Rules
All posts that are NOT about ROM development, or development in general will be closed or deleted and posters that will choose to disregard the previous guidelines will be infracted.

OP, you have 48 hours to post links to kernel sources, otherwise we will close this thread.

EDIT: ROM is really nice and smooth, very interesting UI, but needs to get bloatware cleaned and apps like browser replaced for international/english alternatives + include gapps.

All roms from HD resolution so when porting there is issue with display of rom

u need to apply this only once at first boot.
just run resolution changer app
set height to 1920
set width to 1080
set dpi to 480
press enable and reboot
after this the effects are like follow

4. NOTE 3 metalblue Goa
So if u all want I will upload these Roms.

All roms from HD resolution so when porting there is issue with display of rom
I already sent pm to all developers @remzej, @pintothakur007, @cmahendra, @bgos10 but no reply.
All roms have same issue like following
1. colossus rom
2. Elegance rom
3. HTC One
But i found a workaround for all these roms
u need to apply this only once at first boot.
just run resolution changer app
set height to 1920
set width to 1080
set dpi to 480
press enable and reboot
after this the effects are like follow
1. colossus rom
2. elegance rom
3. HTC One rom
4. NOTE 3 metalblue Goa
So if u all want I will upload these Roms.

Original developer of Colossus Rom is @remzej so there is no point sending pm to anybody else. BTW you never asked for permission before or after porting if you are referring my chd version of colossus. Anyways Better ask @remzej again and "WAIT WITH PATIENCE". When people get some spare time and are online, they will sure reply you. Don't lose patience. We are family people and sometimes more busy in main job.
PS: I will also request you not to do such posts with complaint that developers are not replying you. It will help you to keep better understanding and cooperation from them. @bgos10 @remzej

Sorry Sir for the post.
I took permission from Remzej sir before porting.
I asked u and bgos sir cause frankly speaking i respect u all in developing cause of all ur development.
I thought u or bgos sir can tell me the solution.
I made this post as many people asking me why u havnt posted the roms yet.
Basically its my mistake as i thought that this rom will surely work on FHD device as there are big names like u and bgos sir in it and PXZ2.
(I already ported PXZ and PXZ2 roms).
Sorry for the inconvenience caused, it will not happen henceforth.
