[Q] Can I change the language of the Rom?

Hello All. I live in Greece and I want to buy the nexus from UK because in my country it does not have a super amoled screen. Will I be able to use the Greek language in the UK phone? And how?
I will have to flash a new Greek rom or the nexus roms have all the languages like Galaxy's roms?

For the US version it has these languages:
Cestina
Dansk
Deutsch
English (UK)
English (US)
Espanol (Espana)
Espanol (Esados Unidos)
Francais
Italiano
Netherlands
Norsk bokmal
Polski
Portuguese (Brasil)
Portuguese (Portugal)
Svenska
Turkce
and some others that have characters that my keyboard doesn't xD....

I don't care about the keyboard language , i will install a new one. I need the greek Rom language. Is there any language written as Ελληνικά or ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ.

kapetan, if you download cyanogenmod, it has the language you want. I just checked my phone and it has your language. Please follow forum rules and post in Q & A or general next time please, thanks. This thread is for ROMS only.

try using the app called "morelocale 2" it should help...

I wasnt talking about keyboard language... I was talking about system language..

[Q] How can i change the rom to an european languaged rom ?

Hey guys.
I really need the language of my chacha changed. Me was told i had to change the rom, because my chacha has an asian rom installed its from ndonezya i think.
There are only options for english languages . I m from Turkey and i need a turkish language pack for it. I dont know how i install the rom and where to download the european language oack( i think it includes the turkish language pack :/).
So can anybody give me the download link of european rom and a good explanation how to install ?

[Q] Stock rom with Danish language?

I need a stock rom with Danish language for my Desire S.
I have tried several roms from Europe from others posts, but they have not Danish.
Europe roms have German, English, French,but no Danish, how come?
Can anybody help me please?

Simply without changing your rom you could try this:
install "MoreLocale 2" from android market (Play)
Select "Danish" from language menu from this app and then will the phone will be danish.
I did change my wildfire to arabic rom. Which I then lost danish. Did install MoreLocale2 and now have both full arabic and danish support!

I got this version on my desire s and it is stable.
There also a 2.10.401.9 version available - i dont recommend to use it.
The "Telecare" in Denmark did install the 2.10.401.8 for me.
When I check for OTA updates, it tell me that the phone is updated - even there is 2.10.401.9 on the web.
(Be carefull to select your radio version!)

Just wanted to know, is there any arabic rom for Tab 2 10.1 P5100? I have a european version of the tab and would like to have it with arabic UI.

If you go to languages, I believe there is an arabic option.

Thanks for the inputs, unfortunately it doesnt have the arabic language as an option since its a european device.
Is there any CWM or stock rom for Middle East available for download?

That's weird, I think my p5113 has Arabic. You could try CM9. (click the link in my signature for flashing instructions)

Arabic keyboard for galaxy tab 2
i just bought a galaxy tab2, 10.1, running android 4.0.3
i bought it from Dubai, so it is a middle east region with Arabic support. i can browse Arabic websites and i can read Arabic e-mails. however, i can't add an Arabic keyboard to be able to change the input language back and forth from English to Arabic.
in the settings, there is only the option to change the whole device language to Arabic, which i don't want. even when i tried this option, and the whole tab turned into Arabic, i tried writing a memo or an e-mail and there was not Arabic keyboard.
please let me know how to add a keyboard, or do i have to download a keyboard as an app?

Search in Play Store for Swiftkey 3, it's a custom keyboard that lets you switch the language indpendent of the OS language.
