Hey everyone,
Sorry to create a new thread for this, I've been reading almost all the threads related to the problem I'm facing without finding an answer..
Facts:
I have a Sony Xperia Tablet S.
I used "S.onyTablet.S [FLASHER] v3.0" to upgrade from ICS to JB and flashed the internal firmware as asked... -> after rebooting, I'm having a damn boot-loop without any possibility to enter into recovery mode.
Impossible to use my device, any idea guys?
Thank you in advance for your help, drives me crazy..

Hey Zorrorol,
Try to do the following: switch off you tablet. Push the "volume up" button continuously, and at the same time press on "power" until the sony logo appears. When it appears, immediately stop pushing the "power button" but keep your finger on "volume up" until you enter into recovery mode.
Then, select backup.
And there you go, the boot-loop should stop.
tell me if that worked
It works!!!

My tablet was out of use for 6 months until I came across your post.
Thanks again.

I have this same problem but the power button volume up trick isn't working. Does it need to be plugged it? Does it need a full battery? Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

From the screen with the Android/Exclamation mark and 'No Command' dialogue press volume up and power button simultaneously to access Stock Recovery menu options. Then it's volume up/down to scroll, power to select.

It didn't work man.
Hi,
I've just seen another post quoting instructions from moto tech support for that stage so maybe it's not a simultaneous press (that is what I thought I'd done to get into it )- says
5. Press and hold the VOL UP key for 10-15 seconds. While still holding the VOL UP key tap and release the POWER key

Hi, I'm hoping i'm just being stupid but i can't get my moto go to boot into recovery.
i powered it off, changed sim cards and now it boot loops.
so boot into fastboot menu and choose any option(except barcode and the one that changes codepages or whatever) and it just goes back into boot loop. any bright ideas anyone? not been a good day so far today, my number just got ported over to OVIVO today. but they stopped operating yesterday - the joys... :crying:
cheers!
What did you else do with your phone? Is it stock? Or did you flash anything? Are you pressing volume up to select option? Did you try a factory reset?

nothing!
it's completely stock. i think i installed 1 app (philips hue). was working fine. powered off normally, took the sim out, put new one in - boot loops!
i can't do a factory reset as it when you choose anything out of the fastboot it reboots. and that's using the volume up to select options.
i think i'll just take it back to the shop. but it's a pain in the neck
Yeah 2 options fiddling around yourself or going to the shop.
I would go back to the shop and ask there as it is untouched.
Maybe it has seriously some problems.
If you want to try it yourself i would reccomend you to reflash.

Are you sure you are pressing volume up?
Last days somebody had security case for the phone.
When he pressed the gum layerd buttons he accidently pressd the power button.
Once he took off the case it worked for him.
Maybe restore firmware

hopefully this helps restoring your phone back to factory settings
I think this will help
1. With the phone powered off, press the VOL DOWN KEY for 2-3 seconds then POWER key then release.
2. The device will display different BOOT OPTIONS
3. Use the VOL DOWN Key to SCROLL to Recovery and VOL UP Key to select
Tip: If the device reboots, you may have waited to long to make a selection, you will need to begin the process again.
4. The device will display the Motorola logo and then the Android in distress ( logo with Exclamation mark)
5. Press and hold the VOL UP key for 10-15 seconds. While still holding the VOL UP key tap and release the POWER key
Tip: You can try this step, holding the phone in landscape. If you are stuck on step 6, try a force reboot by pressing the Power key and Vol Down key, and start the process again.
Try to perform a wipe data. In my case it works.

Volume up+down+power
Try these steps it might work as it did on my swipe halo 3g tab.
1. Turn off your device
2. Press volume up+down and power (all at same time and keep it pressed)
3. Leave the power button after 5 seconds.
4. Your device will enter into recovery mode.
5. Use volumes buttons to move up and down. For enter use power button(NOTE: TOUCH WON'T WORK)
6. Click on "wipe factory data" then click on "wipe cache partition".
7. Now go to reboot device and your sorted.
[DON'T FORGET TO PRESS THANKS IF THIS WORKS]

Hello,
I have a black nexus 5, recently updated to 4.4.3. And I've got those random reboots. One of these the phone don't come out of it. Stays off. When I try to turn on It only shows the Google Logo, vibrates and then turns off, sometimes it stays bootlooping for a while.
I've tried to get to the recovery menu, and I couldn't. I've send it to the LG here in Brazil, and they can't fix it.
Anyone knows any alternatives?
Have you tried to reflash the stock images? http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/tutorial-how-to-flash-factory-image-t2513701
Why you could not enter the recovery menu? What happend?

I have just tried this, and When it goes t the recovery interface, it shuts down then bootlooping again. I`ve read some posts and they say that it is a power button problem.

Great New, I got it working again, Seems like battery life may have been a key issue here. Its loaded up, but got stuck on the blue musical bit and made some horrific beeping noise and keeps rebooting. Any help? I can't seem to get into recovery mode, Maybe thats just my method.
