Stopped by to check out to see how the Thunderbolt has been coming along.
Nice to see you guys FINALLY received the source code! Looks like a few developers are still trying to make the Thunderbolt more enjoyable.
I miss a lot of you guys and hope the best for all of you!
And in case anyone was wondering, I moved to the Droid RAZR from my Thunderbolt and now I got my hands on a Galaxy S3. I hope to see some of you soon!!

Yeah I felt like I was holding a piece of plastic junk at first... but I actually enjoyed it for the short time I had it. Coming off of ICS on my Thunderbolt and jumping into 4.2.2 jellybean was nice so that's probably why I liked it. Haha. The screen on it was amazing though.
Have fun when you grab a DNA. That phone is impressive! I'd probably have one if I didn't snatch this S3 for only $100. Lol.

As of now maybe not. I got a guy in my city selling the GN for $500. Cheapest everywhere. So Im gonna buy that due to no LTE here. But once I get LTE I'm gonna switch back over.
I plan on picking up the S3 at or before launch. Which means I am dumping the Blaze. :-/

Im thinking the S3 as well. Or maybe the Evo LTE. Im not a big fan of Sense usually, but from what I've heard Sense 4 is much better. Definitely going back to Sprint though.

Also I'm bhurt cuz I started w/ the first mt3g, so I was spoiled by cyanogen early on. Now I f'ed up and
picked the wrong phone. BOO! T-mobile sucks. fully.
Going for the TMobile SIII. Been a big fan of Samsung galaxy line.

I'm holding out hope that one of Google's alleged 5 or 6 different Nexus line of phones will release later this year and that I'll like one of them.
The Galaxy Nexus for example, irks me to no end because it doesn't have a memory card slot. I have a 64g memory card, and there's no way I'm ever downgrading how much music I have on my phone.
I love my gs3 but the signal strength is intolerable. I want to complain and possibly get something different but I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions?

I know this isn't answering your question but my signal strength has been fantastic from the HE build and beyond. Prior to that however it was horrid. You're not running an old radio by any chance are you?

@1ManWolfePack ..Dont derail the thread like the last one. If it bothers you that much just dont go in it jeez. I dont think its right if you dont have issues and just want to play the system but im not on here to teach life lessons. I agree with some of the things you said but just stay out of it.

As I understand it, they'll first start out by giving you a replacement or two to try and fix the issue. If that doesn't work, they'll offer you an alternate device as they seem to be aware of the signal issue the GS3 has; they'll probably offer a galaxy nexus, razr maxx or DNA. I heard people say the DNA fixes the signal issue.

I wish I could buy it, but I still have over a year on my contract with my S3. Damn it was nice to be near the top as far as how good phones could get, looks like I won't be there for long.

Agreed, I'd rather have an older S3. I'm still holding out for the HTC One for Verizon. Android central had an article about the its version that will be shipped with it.

You all will laugh when you grab an S3 or S4 after holding the ole bolt for so long. Don't drop your Samsung device guys, I cracked my screen third day I had it. I own an S3 and an HTC one for sprint flashed to page plus. I'll stick with htc.

Me too. My bolt has been a tank, and I expect the same durability, sound quality, and camera performance on the one. I played with a good friend's AT&T SGS4 quite a bit, and was unimpressed. Quite a few waves of devices have come and gone since I've had the bolt, time to move.
I left the bolt last week. I want to thank all of the DEVs and Testers. You guys rock!
