Its showing blurry images because you are using an EDGE connection (2G)
For the images to be clear, you will have to use 3G or Wifi. Its Play Store's way of limiting the bandwidth, for faster loading of images. Nothing wrong with your phone or ROM or Play Store.
I m facing problem in browsing playstore. I found no apps except the installed apps in my account. I tried to find apps using external link, in that case install option disappeared and show, this item is not for ur country.

Hey there sorry to hear that to fix go to apps--> all apps> find play store and play store services and clear data/cache.
Reboot device... This should now work.. If not uninstall google play updates. Hope this helps. This is an issue i have had before.

Dead trigger 2 was released just now why is not available for Xperia L
I'm sure xperia L can handle it.
I can downloaded using Play Store. But I have change few things at build prop to show XL as XZ at playstore.
I was able to download from playstore without changing build.prop

I think you can't download it because of your location

If you want it that bad you can download some play store unlocker

Okay
May be you have install the Play Services manually from third party app store
If no uninstall any update
If none of them help just go for a Hard Reset
uninstall updates of Play store, google play services, clear data, cache, then reboot and try again hope this helps
