Did you make a backup of your CID? Same thing happened to me, just have to restore it.
Its not the cid. I lost that once. I restored it. This is somthing differnt. But i did try to restore it anyways and that didnt help

Did you make a full wipe when flashing the rom? I got that when I forgot to wipe something.(can't remember what)

Hey guys, its getting more and more frequent with this issue on my device (htc m7 + miui kk rom).
I hope im at the correct section to find out the problem and fixes. please enlightened me if its wrong thought.

@JeremyGuan I think you will have to clear data and cache on the app. But you will loose all the data on your whats app.
