Since No Micomax Canvas 2 plus a110q section is there in XDA I am posting it here .
Requirement :
1) Rooted Device (Root method same as Canvas 2 )
2) Mobile Uncles tool (Get it from Play Market)
3) Last but not the list "RECOVERY IMAGE" (Download it below)
Download : DevHost Link
Procedure :
1) After Rooting your device and installing Mobile Uncle tools download the Recovery image .
2) Place it in the root of your SD card .
3) Open Mobile Uncle tools and choose the "Recovery Update" option
4) Choose the recovery image you placed in the SD card root and thats it.
You have flashed CWM Recovery .

if u compile from source u can bcom senior dev....BTW there hav never been source for micromax....cos its mediatek...only themed stock roms .

Ok thanks bro. But installing clockwork mode via sp tools need the phone to switched off but in my case when I switch off my cell phone and connects it with cable it keeps on connecting and disconnecting. Don't know whats wrong.
So can i install it via Mobile Uncle Tools?
You cant install it without rooting via MTK Tools

You guys can ask someone with the same phone to put their phone in download mode and copy recover.img and give it to you , put your phone in download mode and paste the file. Your recovery is back and if you've any knowledge about linux you can port your own rom check out the how to port thread on ideos x6 development thread on xda.

hey guys i made some disasters in my A87 and now after i used restore factory the last time, all my apps vanished except a few like music,sound recorder etc. I did swipe data in recovery mode. on using a "factory update.zip" file, it shows "signature verification failed" and "installation aborted". since there is no explorer apps i cannot browse my sd card nor can i install any other app. plz help how to disable signature verification..

CWM Touch Recovery For Karbonn A9
Download the zip file named A9sustomRecovery.zip from this link : http://mediafire.com/?gnixgoj7yg5tcvb . After downloading unzip the file in a folder of you computer. ............................Now 1)Boot your phone in fastboot mode by holding vol up + power on boot till you see a green screen.
2)connect your phone to pc via USB cable and wait for fastboot drivers to install.
3)Double click and run ROOT.bat (root.bat file is in the folder in which you have unzip the downloaded file)
4)Your phone will reboot after the process completes.

He might want to say recovery for phones with all captative touch buttons(like A9)
if u want to see difference u might have noticed ***Go back**** at end. thats touch recovery.
i know there are Complete touch recovers

its not tested on A9+. I think it should work, take full backup of current rom. If you want you can try it on your own risk. I'm not responsible for any brick.

I have updated my canvas 2 to official jelly bean which is provided by micromax itself.
Now i'm not able to root it from software named "bin4ry".

((( AND THERE ARE THREE ROMS that I FOUND POPULAR SUVI ROM, JMP ROM and JETMOD 6.0.1 HAd A problem with these Roms as well 1. JMP rom is good but alot of people had complained this rom drains battery fast than normal. 2. Jetmod6.0.1 I'm Not 100% sure about this rom because developer of this rom doesn't reply anymore and also has some bugs . 3. suvi rom is everybody's favorite but bsuhas developer claims that he's shortly will release the new version of his rom .. waiting from 1 month ..... can't wait any more please tell me is it worth waiting.. please i need reply from those who had experienced these roms ... :cyclops:

I think you are facing the same problem as i do.
I bought this phone mmx a110 with jelly bean pre installed.
Everyone has posted this one method of rooting mmx 110 phone (a batch file created by bin4ry)
i am getting an error dont know how to rectify it. If you have rooted your phone please tell me the solution.
Error -> mount : permission denied (are you root?)

To replace the modem.img you should put that file in the sd card and flash it with your CWM(clockwork recovery mode)the file shall be in a zip type so that it can be easily flashed..

There are quite possible roms with wifi direct option such as suvi rom,LEWA rom,cynus t2 rom etc try that which might help you solve the problem

Thanks for your advice but can you support this device ? I am in need of proper rooting and CWM recovery for this device.
If possible plz let me know what should be modified in MMX110 ROMs for LG G pro lite as its LG firmware with 5.5in qHD screen etc...
is there any problem with mediatek devices??

Bro As I Said You Can Use Any MT6577 CWM Recovery And Rooting Method.....I dont have LG Phone So Cant Support It But I can Help You

Bro Mediatek Is Very Good Phone Very Less Chances Of Hard Brick But One Of The Most Big Disadvantages is NO Proper Sources...You Can See Only Less Custom Kernel

Tried a lot but no results...
tried each and every method on net but Mobile uncle is not working and giving security error if I try to boot to recovery and SP FLASH Tool is unable to flash anything to my D686 ... its always at 0% even after following each step precisely in:

Now I have even tried on Win7 X64 with SP Flash tool and 'Flash Tool' provided by MediaTek themself also with the tuorials provided on Chinaphonearena forum ... but none worked... Really LG engineers have done something to their MediaTek devices ... :/

Same here I am facing the same problem since last 2 days and finally I have understood that our PC or LG phones are not ready to run in compliance with the MTK /ADB drivers for SP Flash tool as a result SP Flash tool is unable to flash anything/create backup and if I am trying with Mobile Uncle Tools I am getting security error...

Yeah, then I'm right, LG modified drivers or something, that's why we can't flash thru the tools :/
