there is a new rom in china - HTC Pico (Explorer)

In china ,released a new landscaping rom,who can transplant it.
details :you can search smartisan use Google search engine

Transplant? U mean port? Well, Smartisan OS is right now only for SIII, I think its difficult due to the difference between our phone and SIII. The devs will do something

Meizu firmware links (might be useful if someone wants to make a port for N910C/H/U)

Firmwares:
https://meizufans.eu/firmwares/
Fast speed download, shouldn't take long. There are all firmwares that could be useful. I keep my fingers crossed :fingers-crossed: that there is(are) a talented developer(s) that can make something out of this. Flyme OS is gorgeous and smooth as butter. I'm not sure if there is going to be any activity in this thread but I would like to remind everyone that Meizu Pro 5 and MX4 Pro are both Exynos devices. Pro 5 has 7420 and MX4 Pro has 5430 SoC. Now, afaik they are similair enough to make some witchcraft happen. :victory:
Edit:
Flyme OS source available here:
https://github.com/FlymeOS
Some ported Meizu MX5 apps available here:

Thanks, @androidexpert35

I meant that someone could use the firmware files as a base to port Flyme from Pro 5 or one of the other Meizu phones. It looks and works great even on midrangers.
I'm going to contact Meizu if they can help somehow with this regard - stay tuned

Just checked it out. Looks like Note 3 and S4 test links have been removed.
I received 404 Not Found

Well, these were test ones too. If you really want, these can be found in xda. Btw, links for proper Meizu phones are working well.
Ok, so Meizu replied:
Hi Tauras, would this help you out? https://github.com/FlymeOS
Looks like there a good chunk of valuable information.

Awesome.
Is there anyone who has enough skills to port it? All of the time spent porting Flyme would be worth it, I'm sure.
I extracted the firmware and I found system.new.dat. Is that the file where all system apps are held?
Edit:
I found a full extract here:
https://github.com/FlymeOS/flyme-release/tree/lollipop-5.0/arm/SYSTEM
There is everything: apps, framework, etc.
Look great. Awesome on the N910C
...And coincidentally i just ordered for a new Meizu M1 Metal(blue charms).....

Never will happen... it's impossible to port something that is closed source and for different hardware.
Try MIUI custom ROM, it is about as close as you will get (no app drawer) or look at https://www.androidcentral.com/how-make-your-android-look-and-feel-iphone, https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/themes/make-android-look-ios-10-t3510419, or just Google "how to make android look like ios" and you will find tons of tutorials on how get Android to look and sort of feel like iOS.

Lenovo A7600-F CM 14 and newer version of TWRP

Hi guys,
I am the owner of an A7600-F Lenovo tablet. In this thread are some awesome ported files, but they are pretty outdated. Is maybe someone able to update those, especially CM? (I've found a new version of TWRP working for A7600-F)
Thanks in advance

Hey,
thanks, this helped a lot, except the fix for the internal storage. It does show off 100 MB left out of 14 gigs, which cannot be correct. For reference, I do not have a SD-card inserted. Maybe this is the reason why the storage-fix does not really work? Do you have any idea?
Thanks in advance

This russian site maintains a good collection of custom roms for A7600 but mostly for "H" models with SIM..
Perhaps someone can port one for our beloved outdated "F" devices..

Is that so easy? I'm a noob in porting. Is it possible to get an Lineage OS 14.1 or 15.1 for example when I have an MTK arm64 device with MT6750 Chipset that stucks on Android 7.0?

Of course :

This method isn't called porting but building from source , and that's how (almost) every people who want to port a ROM do .
