Anyone else using the Anker extended battery? I can't believ how much better the battery cover fits than on the old hyperion or mugen power ones.
I like the extra heft the extended batteries give the galaxies. They're just a little too thin for my liking without em.

Hi all,
I am interested in the 3200 extended battery for the Nexus One cellphone. However I would like to know if there is a rubber, form fitting case for this phone with this battery installed?
Cheers,
Phil

I got a 3200mAh Seidio battery for N1. Case is made by plastic, black color, not rubber.
1 day 10 hours and 46 minutes since I last charged my mugen 3200 and I've got 56% battery remaining. Its a 4 day battery for me. Moderate use.

imo not worth it, the extended back door/cover is a major pain. No cases will fit. All around bad experience for me

Not worth it for the price. If you're looking for an oversized battery, go Cameron Sino.

I have 2 extended batteries and have not been able to locate any cases that fit the extended form factor.
For $10 on ebay, this one ships out from Houston.

It makes my phone thicker. Dislike it.
Is anyone using these? How is the battery life?
I want to know too I have been thinkin about buying one

Just buy 4 Anker batteries and a charger it will be cheaper.
I used a seido extended on my nexus. It was amazing. The back cover extension was mediocre though.

just bought the anker 1900 battery...battery has improved by 30 percent...love it...dont know about the seidio
Just bought one today. It was at worst buy for 20 bucks, for the evo3d. Under the platinum branding ( made by seido though). I will let you know.
I've seen a few people cut the back.out of the hybrid reiko cases and let the extended back only where the batrry portion..of the cover comes through ...still giving you the option to utilize a case over an extended back.
Anyone see any other methods of products for this
Seidio makes a ext rugged case for Evo do they have it for the skyrocket

Yeah Seido makes an extended case for the Skyrocket
http://www.seidioonline.com/samsung-skyrocket-surface-extended-case-black-p/csr5ssskyx-bk.htm
Says it has to be used with their extended battery though.
If you're referring to the Nexus extended battery, I think any case would work. That's what I heard anyways.
I'm using the mugen battery and the seidio back and case works great get 2 days of batt
Tapd on my skyrocket

I was looking at buying a Urban Armor Gear case for my newly purchased Galaxy S4 but started looking at extended batteries such as the ZeroLemon 3000 or Hyperion 5200.
Are there any good cases for the S4, such as the UAG case, but one that is made to accommodate extended batteries?

The 3000mah zerolemon is a stock size battery so any case would work with it.
Zerolemon makes a rugged case that can fit extended batteries, that's the only case I've ever seen specifically for extended batteries that is sold separately.
Alternatively, you can mod the Otterbox Defender with a dremel to accommodate an extended battery. I've done it twice and can post pics if you would like.

Is that the Seido case with the metal kick stand?
I've just been using the cheap black honeycomb design tpu from eBay. Works well enough for me and it's thin.

Seidio makes real nice cases. I've had about a dozen of them over the yrs for different phones. They're customer service is good too if you ever have a problem.

Is the 3000mAh really good? Anybody here who owns it? I might pick up one if it can really extend my batt life by a couple of hours.

I noticed very little difference between the stock battery and the Zerolemon 3000.

I have noticed about a half hours screen on worth of difference between the zl 3k and the stock battery. It was enough to go from dying about 11 at night and being able to make it a while day with putting it on the charger at about midnight with about 5 or so percent left. I would gladly pay the ten dollars for it again. It is slightly larger than the oem batteries though.

Thanks for the response guys. I'll stick with my original battery for now..

Galaxy S4 Extended Battery
There are limited extended battery cases for sale currently. I've been researching the Laza Galaxy S4 case. They are quite expensive but cheaper on ebay. I have the Hyperion 7500mAh extended battery that I got on eBay for $30. There are dealers that sell the Laza extended battery with the Laza case that looks really fricken cool. I've been debating on getting the phone case alone since I already have the battery. The price is what gets me and there are little choices for colors. Some people have the rainbow list of colors but I want black on black. Just an FYI, my Hyperion Battery gives me a literal 24 hours charge on max settings ie screen brightness maxed, multiple applications running, playing with games or listening to music. I absolutely love the Hyperion 7500mAh battery. Just found this thread from years ago but noone answers the question of an extended battery would fit into a Urban Armor Gear case.
Does anyone know of an extended battery that is thicker than the stock slim battery, but not double thickness? I was using my old 3000mah Samsung extended battery from my Galaxy S3, and even though it is thicker, you can use it with a UAG case without a back on it. This is the setup I used to run on my GS3. I figure if there is a battery out there is the 3800-4000 mah range, it would work. The only one I can find is the Mugen, and I don't want to spend $90 on something that might be just as thick as the other extended batteries out there.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Zerolemon has a 3000mah that is the same size as the 2600mah. Beyond that, the real extended batteries from Anker and ZL and Hyperion are bigger.
yep. zerolemons it,s the solution except the NFC standard that is missing
Already have a Zerolemon 3000. I was looking for something thicker than stock but not as thick as the ZL 7500 (double thickness)
Something along the lines of the Samsung 3000 mah battery for the S3. It is about 1.5 times the stock battery's thickness.

no only double thickness batteries

What about Seidio? How is the backplate cover compared to the anker or hyperion? On the S3, seidio extended battery with its cover feels thinner than hyperion even though it's the same size battery.

I'm also looking for something like what ricerocket says. I want more battery power, but not a tank.
And I haven't find nothing.
Zerolemon 3000mah is not enough better to sacrifice NFC or to spend money for improve 200mah.
Zerolemon 7500mah is a monster.
Seidio 4500mah is not a bad size, but too expensive (over 60€).
Anker also too expensive and big...
So hard to make a good 3500mah battery just a little thiker?

I got this case,
Anker® S-View Flip Cover 5600mAh Extended Battery Case for Samsung, and it adds like only 0.25" thick and minimal amount of weight as it only adds 3000mah + the stock 2600mah totaling 5600. I also removed the s-view cover since I have a screen protector and it just gets in the way.
