Need some help with identifying what's causing this.

This started today and I haven't downloaded any new apps plus I'm using better battery stats but I don't seem to understand what the data means any one out there that can help me out here I'd be most appreciative I need to get the battery down to normal.

Looks like something is keeping your Wi-Fi on it at least that's what I can see. Is something syncing in the background?

Try modifying the Wi-Fi sleep policy in the advanced settings in Wi-Fi, change it to shut Wi-Fi off when device goes to sleep. If that doesn't fix it try a different home launcher, I noticed touch wiz launcher is heavy on the battery

I don't think it's touchwiz. I use touchwiz and I get 30+ hours battery life with 5-7 hours screen on time all the time.
You may have like a rogue app constantly connecting to WiFi or GPS or something.

Hi guys I know there's probably a bunch of places out there but im looking for a place where it can get done right. I want to recieve my phone back like its brand new again. You said you wanted it done right, and that would be the best way to get it done right. Call them and tell them it's out of warranty and see if they can give you an estimate.

Question about ESN blacklisting (CDMA/Sprint)

I traded my iPhone 5s for my now current Note 3. We were both the original owners.
We met up at a Sprint store and switched devices.
My concern is, if I switched to my back up phone (Galaxy S4) is it possible for him to report the Note 3 as lost or stolen, and my Note 3 (which as I said, switched over to my S4, and leaving the Note 3 deactivated) could the Note 3 be reported and would ruin it's ESN were I to try to switch back to it?
Now I know he can't claim lost or stolen if I'm on it. Nor do I think he would... But I want to know if this is a possibility.
I've had it for a couple months and haven't switched to my S4 sincenas fear for this....

Reporting lost/stolen has nothing to do with deactivated phone .. He can report it stolen even if u r using it
