What do you think of this new case for our S4?
pretty strange i think lol.

That is so cool! I love my slim armour.. is the price wasn't so steep I'd be seriously tempted.

Thats great I quite enjoy my original samsung sview cover only thing it lacked was protection this solves that, if I hadn't ordered the spigen clear cover case for my sview I would be all over this
Like space age pod for your phone
Damnit spigen stahp
i'm not that impressed, especially based on what they are charging and i own 3 spigen cases for my s4... then again, i'm also not happy with their marketing tactics when it comes to the neo hybrid frames.
This really resembles the UAG case I got from amazon for my s3. Was going to go with UAG again but this has a front cover too so may try this first.

Everyone is complaining about the frames on neo hybrid. I'm one of them. And they don't seem to care about. Unfortunately
Sent from my GT-I9505
Wow, that is an awesome case. Looks Spigen is going to be taking more of my money.
What complaints are there about the frames on the neo hybrid? I just got mine today and it's perfect...
Or are we talking about not being able to order the frames individually?

Not being able to buy separated the frames without buying the complete case again

Well I understand that, but honestly I get the feeling they don't have the inventory for that yet. Considering I still had to wait a couple extra days for a black one, it just makes more business sense for them to sell the full units only until they have an excess of frames. Now, in 6 months if they're still selling the case only, then that would be not cool.

The "customization"
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using xda app-developers app
it's deceptive marketing with the neo frames. i know if the FTC was made aware Spigen would have two choices: a) offer the frames b) stop marketing the product as customization.

dont know about that.
I wonder if they will only make this one on white, because many people may want some other colors.so maybe they could make at least the same colours they did on slim armor normal cases.
Cool case. I may buy one to use at work (I'm in the construction business). However, using it when I'm not at work - no. It's just too bulky in my opinion.
Clever idea but definitely seems that it would be too bulky for every day use

It looks cool but I wouldn't pay $50 for it. Hell i regret buying the original slim armor. Been trying to get rid of it on Craigslist but no luck yet.

originally had the verizon holster case but I bought the aluminum back and cruzerlite clear case. Still wanted to holster my phone so I tried to fit it in the holster with the cruzer lite and its fits snug and looks good
I've got an Otterbox commuter in Glacier white that looks and fits great on my white s3. Feels very safe and secure.

I got the Belkin bumper case. And HD Zagg shield (doesn't have the orange peel of regular zagg).
As someone that generally hates cases, I find the bumper gives me the illusion of no case..but protects the corners very well.
Keeps the phone nice and minimal looking still.
That looks very clean, I also hate cases this seems to be my next case

Was sort of expensive for a bumper (29.99) but I got it at best buy, it's cheaper on Amazon, I just hate ordering stuff.

Trident case on mine. Would like more color choices but nice case otherwise.

Rather than looks does anyone have any experience with dropping their phone with their respective cases? My life flashed before my eyes a few months ago when I saw my old iPhone 4S dropping from a bag I was carrying. But, the otterbox hybrid case I was using kept the phone safe and secure. While I don't want to go full derp and increase the thickness of the phone too much, I would love to increase the peace of mind with a good case that protects better than it looks.
Thx in advance.

Desperately trying to find some reviews on this bad boy as an alternative to the official s view case which is a bit lacking imo, but I'm totally coming up short
http://www.spigen.com/cell-phone/samsung/galaxy-s4-cases/galaxy-s4-case-ultra-flip-view.html
I love the s view window feature, but the official one is just too poorly fitted and is not worth the price at all.

Just ordered the rugged extended battery case from zerolemon. I'll be posting a full review in this thread as soon as I receive it. Hopefully I can retire my modded Defender now

this is very exciting... having my phone come with me on missions in afghanistan with just the tpu case that comes with the 7500mah battery is making me nervous lol this is what i need!
While this looks really nice, do you think it would make my phone even heavier/bulkier?

I have one of those on my s4, the battery life is brilliant, you can't kill this thing no matter what you do before let's say 4 to 5 days.
It does add a lot of bulk though, but also makes it very drop resistant however due to the tpu wrap around.
Another downside is that when you do have to charge it, better expect 12 to 14 hours charging time...

Definitely best move made by company. ..
Now this rugged case give you unlimited choices to use with any extended battery and making custom backplate should be peace of cake ...
On other hand just go with battery and rugged case and you will have this for life ....
I'm ordering for S3 S4 and Note 3...
I'm now definitely zero lemon follower....
This company is going in good direction. ....one that listen customers and develop finally first time real rugged case&extended battery:sly:
Success is never final
Failure is fatal
Just ordered one for my galaxy s4 and can't wait to get it. Look very similar to otter box case with support for my 7500 mAh battery. And only $20 I love ZeroLemon

If you're into bulky protective cases then I'd go with that.I love their batteries too
I hope the rugged case will be available on Amazon UK soon, because if I order from Amazon US, I've to pay £9.77 for shipping not including the custom fees and the case is only £13.02
I just got it yesterday. No review yet bit I figure some pics at least. The shell feels like tpu material as opposed to the silicon rubber used by most other rugged cases.

Hi. I bought an otterbox defender from walmart.com, and I was hoping someone could help clear little doubt I have.
I would think a vendor like walmart could be trusted, but I heard that fake otterboxes have a seam; there is clearly a seam on
this case so I'm a little worried it may not be genuine.
Does this look right?:Is it supposed to look like this?
thanks for any help!!
Check this thread.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335762&highlight=otterbox+commuter
Thanks,
I see no difference between the boxes; but the stamp on the case looks deep and has the periods like the real one in the picture, and the upc number is the right one.
The back feels kind of slick though, maybe it's supposed to be like that?
I have the commuter (ordered from otterbox) and there is a seam just like that on the rubber part. I don't think walmart wouldn't sell fake ones.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda app-developers app
Yea that's how they really look lol I can understand why you'd think it's fake but it's real.
Sent from my GT-N8000 using Tapatalk 2
Honestly, the best way to tell is the plastic screen protector on the case. If it feels flimsy, its fake. If it feels sturdy enough, its legit
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 4
Walmart is as legit as it gets. They don't sell fake **** paper... So why would they skip on Otterboxes? Lol I bought mine from there and it's been legit until I got my life proof.

I ordered this case from eBay for thirteen bucks since the Google ones were not available. I had one on my n4 and liked it. Have used otter box in the past and some no name tpu's before. Never tried a bumper either. Is there any others you'd recommend?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
thats the one I was thinking of getting. I was going to get the grey one for a white n5 but then thought the sides are black anyway so decided on the black in the end. Nice looking case hope it gives the protection as well as the looks.
I'm torn as well I want something clear I want the Nexus logo visible and also I do not want to pay 34.99 for googles case
Right, I don't want to have it naked just in case. I've had good luck with the fusion plus its cheap. Idk about those flip cases, they look nice but for forty or fifty I'd rather not.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
Iv never used a flip case but I have always thought that the novelty of flipping over the cover to activate the screen will wear thin quickly and having to deal with the flappy front when open will be far more annoying than any practical use it will make up for.
