Is there any 37, 30 or any other lens mount available for the galaxy s4 ? I searched a lot but i couldn't find one.

there are many chinese brands with full dual active sims; try on some chinese trading sites...

It look like an S3 but with the hardware of the galaxy S...
I will check if the phone is full active as soon they will release the technical specification: all the latest samsung "duos" phone are DSDS... but never say never

Is there a way to add the Blocking mode for a Galaxy s3 or s4 to a Nexus 4 , this is the only touchwiz feature I can not do without. Tried apps that promise to do the same thing but aren't as functional or reliable. Is there a APK ripped from a galaxy that would work?

Guess not, you need Touchwizz framework for that.
