MDA

Hello
I have the T-mobile MDA
and I recently changed my sd card to a 1GB from a 512Mb
it was working fine (almost 3mon or so) and all of sudden
about 2 days ago my sd card erased on it's own I didn't touch
nothing it just wiped out. So I synced the songs through
windows media player 11. The same thing happened yesterday
and now it's not even recognizing the sd card. This is a
Kingston 1GB brand new. Please help
do a search in the wallaby forum for erased and SD
it's a known issue with some roms

[Q] No memory available on my droid incredible.

I'll start with this even though I'm not quite sure if it's related. I recently unrooted my droid incredible because I need to bring it back to Verizon.(The speaker is blown on it.) Everything went fine until today.
I was looking at the phone and all of a sudden I have no memory available on the phone or sd card. I had space yesterday and have not done anything to it since. I plugged the phone into the computer to see what I was dealing with and I do have no space. Some of the files on both the memory card and phone storage have a title Mus****.tmp (the stars are different for each) all are in the root. They are all 0kb. I am assuming I can just delete them? I have a bunch of music on there and used v cast to put them back on after I wiped the phone. Worst case senario I am planning on wiping the memory card when I get the new phone and hopefully that works, I just want to make sure this wont happen to the new one.(I plan to root that one as well.)
I appreciate any help.

[Q] Micro SD card issues (Galaxy ace)

Hey folks,
I've had a samsung galaxy ace for around a year now, and there's been no problems at all. However, I recently lost my ipod, and so thought I'd use my phone for music while I save up for a new pod. I bought a 16GB memory card, which worked perfectly initially, but as soon as I got to around 3GB of data on it, it all started failing. I would copy files onto it, but as soon as I took the memory card out of my computer and put it back in again, they'd be gone (or presumably moved over to the LOST.dir folder, since this was getting larger and larger). I thought it might just be the card, so I bought another 16GB one, but the exact same thing has started happening again. Any idea what this is? Is it just two faulty sd cards in a row? I've tried formatting both of them, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark.
Correct format
It seems like a format incompatibility problem.
Try to format it in all formats you can, maybe your phone doesn't support NTFS. Usually FAT32 is the most compatible.
What capacity was your last card?

[Q] XT912 "No External Storage Available"

I have a customer who brought in a Moto xt912. Everything was working fine. A few weeks ago his wife gave birth and he took many pics. As soon as he left the hospital, he could not get back into the Gallery. When he clicks on it it says "No External Storage Available" whether we have an SD card in or out. The pics were not saved to his card and must be on the internal memory. I have also tried differnt SD cards with more storage, and still the same error. The weird thing is, behind the screen saying the above, you can still see all the categories where the pics were saved, and the number of pics in eac folder. You just cant access them. I"m not much of a software guy and wanted to know if there was any tricks around this. I have changed 50+ LCD/Digitizer screens on these and have seen the replacement of that part fix many strange problems not seemingly related. I will do this tomorrow, but was hoping someone had some ideas. I have already reset the phone(Not wipe) and pulled the battery. Thanx.
Wrong forum man. This is for the RAZR hd.

Storage Space Anomaly

The OS, Android 9, is telling me that 98% of the internal storage is being used, however, I am using 2GB. The last time I looked the OS was using 11GB of space, which was just a couple of weeks ago, and since then I have not updated the phone. What is happening?
