Go to your launcher settings, on wallpaper section you will find a stable wallpaper opt.

Sorry to say bro but its not possible in this phone untill n unless any developer add this option in there roms. But in stock its not possible. Better use any other lock screen like go locker pro....

Stupid question by me . I flashed all the fonts by cwm so how to choose them from menu to use like in s3 they are present in display settings .

You can't choose fonts as there is no settings present. You have to flash one which u like. It always replaces the previous font.

hi.. it should work.. try fixing permmission after flashing.. if still not working then try rom toolbox

For that you have lot's of apk in the market which changes fonts dude.. try it out and if those requires root means let me know and I will find out for you.. what mobile are you using?

There's a XPOSED MODULE, XTheme Engine. You have to port the CyanogenMOD theme for it, then apply the theme through it. For that you need Xposed installer.
For detailed instructions, Google it for your own good.
