Root xperia tipo latest - Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E

I want root my tipo, I tried many ways, but didn't get what I want.. now, teach me.. I can root samsung phone, but I cant root my xperia tipo..

cant root with it. when i click on root it says no device attached. but my phone is connected with pc and debugging mode enabled. any solution

Yes already have done it. On Sony pc software the phone is detected.
But same problem can't root through unlock root.
My phone bootloader is not unlocked. Is it the reason?

If unlockroot can't see your phone that means you do not have proper usb drivers installed. So install them first.

Forget the drivers, just get universal adb driver installer and windows media player 11 for xp only. Then switch debugging on + mtp mode. Then check if unlockroot detect the phone.

Bro finally got success in rooting.
Actually the whole driver package in my PC was not complete.
I reinstalled all drivers and tried to root.
Wolla...!!!
I succeeded.

Yes, any firmware, my device is J, you can try it.
It took only a couple of second to root my Xperia J with 11.0.A.7.5 firmware.

Dude if your bootloader is still not unlocked!? U can just use the repair option from pc companion...
If u have unlocked your bootloader,download a suitable ftf(flashtool file) and flash it in flashmode via flashtool....don't worry,this isn't possibly a hard brick

yes, my bootloader still locked, unfortunately i haven't install pc companion before this happen . Oh, yes, can i reflashing that phone with same firmware 11.2.a.0.31?

No problem...just download and install it...then download the repair app...then download the firmware and use it...its easy,,follow the instructions of pc companion

Try flashing another ftf or ROM to check if problem persists :good:
Just flash STOCK ICS.
And read this thread:How To Solve SIM No Service in Xperia J CM10- Jlo
May be the ftf u have flashed is not stock ftf. try to flash stock kernel and check if it works!
And you can also flash vengance kernel it works great for me

Unlockroot is d best software for rooting, n it's not mandatory to unlock BL, BL needs to unlocked if u wanna overlock or install a custom rom, n according to me best rom for tipo with unlocked bootloader is CyanogenMod 10

Led doesn't glow while charging it becomes green when battery is 90+ it's a minor bug otherwise no such major bugs

I managed to root my Tipo with Unlockroot and that's the only way that worked. Every other method have failed.

Its a application to root your device.Just download the application , install drivers in PC or install PC Companion. Open the application -->connect device--->click on root--->It'l ask u to select connected device,selct ur device dats al!!!
Note: u need internet connection

i tried to root my xperia l by opening usb debugging....but when i connect to pc....all drivers get installed rather then "android" ..!! what should i do???
please reply! as soon as possible! because of that when i open adb.exe there is no response!
I wish I had this a long time ago for my g1. It worked with no problem on my s3 though. Thank you so much, this is how windows SHOULD install drivers. I'll see if I can spread the word.:victory:

dude! go to device manager and expand other devices .. if u see Android written up there.. u need ADB Drivers.. search it on google download and have fun...

if there no such Android in device manager.... install pc companion(sony). it will install the drivers.. u need...
