Using BT mouse and keyboard at the same time - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When I have my BT keyboard and mouse connected at the same time the letters repeat whenever I type. I dont have this issue when I only have the keyboard connected.
Does this happen to everyone or just me? Is this a problem on the note itself or my keyboard and mouse?
Im using this keyboard: W W W.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Bluetooth-Keyboard-8-9-Inch-Android/dp/B005OOKNP4/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1370902548&sr=8-11&keywords=bluetooth+keyboard
and mouse: W W W.amazon.com/Gear-Head-Silver-Accents-BT9500BLK/dp/B004OBYWD2/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1370902600&sr=8-4&keywords=bluetooth+mouse
(remove that spaces between the www if you didnt notice it)
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Possibly without having to root my note.

[Q] playstation wireless keyboard doest show up in pairing list

EDIT ** Mods please remove was being stupid. But just in case anyone else has this problem with this keyboard then your problem is that the keyboard isn't in pairing mode. Stupid sony instructions dont say you have to unpair from first device first to do that press fn+insert and keep both held down it will flash a few times quickly then turn off. turn it onn again and press fn + insert and it will flash (but this time faster) and this is pairing mode.
So I bought the playstation wireless keybaord to use with my xoom as I thought it looked nicer than others and had the advantage of a mouse (pointy stick thing)
Unfortunately my xoom doesnt see it when I try to connect. Is it common for unsupported stuff to just not show up in the list? I would have thought it would at least show up and then just fail to pair or just not know what it is.
does ics have better support for bt keyboards?
Any suggestions on what I can try to get this thing working.

[Help Needed] Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse Issue

Hi, My Note 10.1 is on Android 4.1.2 on Redemption Rom. Runs awesome. I use use a bluetooth keyboard with it every day, and today is the first time i connected a bluetooth mouse and im having an unusual problem:
With the bluetooth keyboard connected, when i connect my Apple Magic Mouse, when the mouse is connected if i am typing the keyboard starts putting in extra letters. Example:
"Thiis is aaaaan exampllle of typinnnggg on Annnnnnnndroid."
When this is happening, as soon as i turn off the Apple Magic Mouse, the issue solves itself. Then if i reconnect the mouse the issue starts again. Anyone have this problem? Could it be because of some incompatiblility of the Note 10.1 and Apple Magic Mouse? Or some Android bug?
I was having an issue each time i tried typing with the keyboard where the built in software keyboard would pop up regardless if the bluetooth keyboard was connected or not. I solved this by installing "Null Keyboard" which each time the keyboard connects i have to select the default input method, but this is a small inconvience compared to having the entire keyboard pop up.

Self problem on Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 Android 4.1.1
I have the sam problem but on galaxy note 2(GT-N7100)
when its connect if dont see the mouse courser....
anyone the self problem and know who i can change this....
Same problem on the international galaxy note 2 N7100
Confirmed
I've tried 2 different keyboards, the Logitech tablet and the Belkin folio, with an HP mouse, and when the mouse is on the keyboard gets flaky.
This is a big issue for everyone that wants to remote desktop.
Also, I'd say that the mouse seems rather laggy itself.
Where do we submit bug reports?

You can flash a different ROM (something that's not TW based) Also try switching different kernels. People have gotten it to work this way

[Q] Android Bluetooth Keyboard Accented Characters/Alt Codes?

Hey guys,
Not a very techy question, but I was just wondering if any of you have an android tablet with a bluetooth keyboard capable of inserting accented letters. On a PC, you can input accented letters with the alt key and the numpad, but I don't want to purchase a bluetooth keyboard for my tablet until I've got some more info as to whether or not it is possible for an android. (It doesn't necessarily have to be alt codes, I just need a way to input accented characters - I need to type often in french)
I'm open to any alternatives (like apps or whatever) too, so tell me whatever you know. I've heard about "External Keyboard Helper" (h__ps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apedroid.hwkeyboardhelper) , but I don't know if it will work.
Thanks!
P.S. I've got a rooted Lenovo Ideapad S6000-F, running stock rom. I was planning on getting a "Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000" because of the numpad.

Using the keyboard and a wireless mouse

Hello mates. Here is a question: How can I combine efficiently the original keyboard and a wireless mouse that connected via otg. I found some solutions M&K Touch Gaming and it works pretty well but it does not recognizes my original keyboard. I think the keyboard is known by the device as 'extra key source' not as a real keyboard.
So how do I do this? If you explain how to do this I will be very grateful guys.
Have a nice day!
any ideas?

Keyboard and mouse connected at the same time

Hi
So I have managed to connect my mouse and keyboard at the same time to my galaxy s8+ (android 8)
But I'm trying to remap the keys for the keyboard so I can play mobile games with them both
So I used the app octopus to recognise my Lenovo 300 wireless mouse (which is connected via The OTG to usb type-C ) so now I can move the screen and shoot freely
And I connected my laptops keyboard via Wi-Fi with the app called Wi-Fi keyboard , the keyboard is working normally like a usb keyboard , even the arrow keys are working as they are supposed to , and I have no input lag what so ever
So, I'm trying to combine these two into one inside the game ( PUBG mobile)
If anyone has an idea please help
Nice
