Lol "jelly bean"
Sent from my GT-I9003 using XDA
jellybean has not been released yet and i wonder if they even started their development on it
but technically with our phone model, we are hopeless with ICS stock update so how much more for the jellybean one
in my country stock is 2.3.4 DXKP9, and value packs are for 2.3.6 so maybe for value pack updates with stock in my country, i guess we still have to wait longer than the rest of you guys

Yes it is, users on thrill forums know about it. LG will be releasing ICS but not local LG in Canada.

One thing Ive learnt so far from LG.
1- Stay away from every single portable device carrying LG logo on it.
It will not surprise me if they anounce that O3D is also out of the ICS update list, but guess what? I just don't care, my last ROM v2.8 works good enought for my needs.

I'm with Thiaz although I don't actually use his roms/kernals. I use Promethius, but the answer is the same. I can't imagine ICS on my Thrill doing/having anything that i'd be interested in. In fact I'm sure it will bring more problems than it's worth.

Who cares if the rom is official or not.. the fact is Cm9, which I'm currently using, is completely stable with no issues other than wifi .. And with a dev like Dhiru constantly working in it, what difference does it make that its not official ....

The Cyanogenmod's web site did not write our phone name on the web site because our Cyanogenmod are still in Alpha. First, WiFi didn't show strength, our Kernel is not for Jelly Bean and ICS, front camera improper and many other. Second, There's nothing we can do now, the only thing we do is pray that Kernel 3.x released soon and all/most of the problems are fix. Third, if you don't like using CM (The CM is not a problem for your daily life except if you used it as a camera or try to make a vlog with it front camera), try using stock ROM.
Thanks for your reply....

its not the question of official or unofficial
If the chicken fry tastes good
why you bother if its (hen) blind or not.
The thing is.. Our cyanogen will never been official 'cause dhiru and the other devs are not dependent on the cyano crew. On the cyano site our device is not present cause they've never worked on it.
Maybe if we reach the 3.x Kernel it will probably be better than i9000 official's.

I need a solution for the wifi on my device on cm 10.1. the wifi doesn´t work and I need some help, please.
Flash something else. It's a known issue.
And what you need to do is read the OP before flashing.
But is there any other solution?

Yes. Get the source from Beastmode's Git, fix the problem, and compile your own fixed version. Then push the fix back to his Git.
Barring that, you have 2 options... wait without wifi on JB 4.2 or flash something JB 4.1 or earlier.
Do you know any other jb 4.2 ROM?

We only have one 4.2 and even if we had more, it would not have WiFi. Get over it and revert to 4.1 if you can't live without it.
