How to Link to a different font, and not just replace a font

Hi All,
I have done a ton of searching the last few days and still have not come up with a specific answer. I am looking to link my lock screen font to a new font, and not just change or replace the font.
I am running a Moto DroidX with 2.3.3 (605) and using Go Launcher EX... just incase any of it matters.
My clock is not pulling from Clockopia.ttf, instead its pulling from the same font the rest of the system is (such as notifiers and such), and that is DroidSans-Bold. To test and make sure I was correct, I replaced the DroidSans with some wacky font, and it turned every peiece of system based font into the wacky one, clock and notifications included.
Because of this I am unable to easily change just the clock font. I wanted to replace the clock font with an invisible one so I could have a simple and easy way for my lock screen to look directly at my home screen with no clutter. I have read a few apps let you replace the lock screen, but don't really want to run anything new as a constant process just to hide a font. I'm also satisfied with the basic structure and functionality of the default lock screen minus the time and verizon banner. Does anyone know the specific config file and location where I can specify which font the lock screen pulls from?
Are there any apps, free or paid, that will help me accomplish this exact task? What I most liked about the invisible font was that it's easily reversible and all I had to do was backup the original font file. I've already bought several good utilities and am not affraid to pay for one more as long as it does what I want in a simple and reversible way... and Ideally will not run anything full time backround services.
Thanks.
Booo! No takers with some info on this one?

[Q] How to support multiple screen sizes for Android games

HI,
I am new to Android game development. I want to develop an Android game engine.
But I am very confused now that how to handle multiple screen sizes. I tried following.
1) I used single drawable folder and used Bitmap.createScaledBitmap(...) method to rescale the background image. But for larger resolutions the image is blurring.
2) I used drawable-ldpi, drawable-mdpi, drawable-hdpi folders. Kept resources as stated below.
ldpi 120dpi 240x320 images
mdpi 160dpi 320x480 images
hdpi 240dpi 480x800 images
in this it scaled the background images and blurring effect is also very low.
but dont know how to scale images like logo proportionately for different
screen sizes.
I want to create game engine which will automatically rescale images as in "Angry birds" game.
Please help me out which method is most correct one ???
Or if this approaches are wrong then what approach i should follow ... ???
Thanks in advance..

[Q] How many icons in use in xe

I would like to partially design my own themed icons but I need to know how many icons are used in total.
A number would be nice, A list of them all would be nicer.
Also a list of dual use icons if they are used such as highlighted version or something.
A note on sizes would help too, it seems you can use smaller icons but presumable some more than others have size restrictions.
That way I can start making my own. Not sure if I could actually create the theme by myself, I am new to the android really. But presumably if the icons were made in advance it should not be difficult.

An open request to all Android app developers - Test with other font sizes

On my phone, I have my font setting to largest (Settings - Display, Advanced, font size, largest).
Unfortunately, I am finding a growing number of apps that do not display correctly with anything other than "Default" font size. The latest example was yesterday; I had to authenticate YouTube on my Roku via my phone app. I could not even see the "continue" button on my phone youtube app until I reduced font size to default, which then made it difficult for me to read the screen. And no, there are no scroll bars to move the screen when this happens. Android itself doesn't seem to detect and adjust apps according to font size.
My request is simple... When you are testing your apps, please consider testing them with font sizes other then "default" to ensure they are able to display properly for those of us that need a larger font size on our phones.
Thank you
