[Q] Micromax Canvas HD or Nokia Lumia 620

Can someone suggest me which mobile would be a better buy.. Both costs the same..
Nokia Lumia 620 or Micromax Canvas HD.

I would definitely go for canvas hd Becoz of its camera, hd screen and it is hackable for custom roms and do you know that Window phone is more prone to virus and other type of hacks. I had a great experience with micromax as I personally have micromax a60. Micromax is a good company. I would say that you should go for micromax

Thanks Karan... How is the built quality of the Canvas HD?

I have not seen built quality of it but I have seen for canvas normal one a110 and it's pretty nice something you would compare with galaxy s2

Should i upgrade Micromax canvas 2 to official stock jelly been without root ?

please people . help me i am confused totally.. there are many canvas 2 user upgrading their rom but they are facing problem with that .. so if i go to the servoce center for upgrade rom so should i ?

You can but before please googled MMX service center experience. Just wrost service by them.

yeah but there are so many people who facing problem after upgrading to jelly bean .. and i bought canvas 2 recently but i have some problem with mic and speakers its looping i mean ( sounds comes and gone ) even the same problem when i used headphones to listen music .. is there any solution or upgrade will gonna solve this issue ??

I have already upgraded it and enjoying tyhe JB features alot. But there is only one problem that in the stock JB rom if you receive notification like balance or replies of USSD codes then it will sound even in silent mode. If you no problem in this then go ahead for JB update. Other things are working fine till now.

try the suvi ROM v6. Its awesome. No issues, no lags..its one of the most stable ROM I have been using. Based on official stock ROM as base with touchwiz interface. Best part is the developer Mr.suhas has provided patches separately in a thread. You can use those patches of u want to. The camera quality is outstanding. My canvas2 has never been so smooth and better.

There is no problem as i face till now and i upgraded to jellybean at my home so go for it there is not a single problem like this.
And if you want to go for more customization than you can surely go for MEGAMAX ROM that is highly stable and bug free and lots of cool feature rich rom.

[Q] Found Magnetic Sensor in A110. Its giving INIT Error in factory mode.

I can see the magnet sensor also a report here that verifies this.

May be we should check compass with v1 ROM and thunderzap kernel and with a919 ics ROM and thunderzap kernel to know light sensor works 
Anybody give it a try may be we can get something use full with varuns kernel

Used gyrodroid app in jb v1.11 to get all sensor list it confirms that a110 has magnetic sensor but we need dev to solve this problem

Hope the light sensor works
The only thing I miss from my s3 in my a110 is the light senson . Using it helps conserves battery .

I think no one else is interested in magnetic sensor. If any senior member can help getting this configured right.

There is no ambient sensor in A110...u can use ur front camera as light sensor and manage brightness accordingly....Use lux brightness with tasker App.

Best rom for our canvas 2

Hi guys I wanna know which is the best rom for our Micromax superfone canvas 2. I'm currently on suvi 13 and I love it. I just wanted to check out some other cool roms so I'm seeking your help friend

Dark nexus is stable.. But all 4.2 roms still have some bugs..

Its not bro porting is different from theming for ex it has swipe to call n msg in contacts and the inbuilt framework based s4 lockscreen while we din hav those on any rom it has lot of great features like that so i req some dev to try to port the complete rom please.

I have tried and success for some feature but not success for porting lock screen because changing in framework get boot loop
I have success for dialer but force close due to resolution not supported so anyone can modded dialer for supporting resolutions
And I have publish soon v3 with most of Samsung apps
