I believe that the Vengeance kernel is the only one what supports overclocking. Look in the Miro, Tipo etc original android development section and you will find it.

I know that it can be used to overclock but im talking about expAnding ram not overclocking

Actually jellybean is better optimized than gingerbread so cm10 should be more powerful.
100% Ack
I want to have CM 7.2 Gingerbread for my Xperia J, too. I formerly had a Xperia Ray, which is very similar .... and CM 7.2 is still so much faster on this old device... than any JB on the banrdnew J. Any suggesstions what it needs to backport?
Can't I just take the stock JB kernel with the CM7.2 image from the ray?
No you cannot because the hardware is extremely different. It's like trying to run a J ROM on my arc.
And correct me if I'm wrong but the reason you all can't build GB is because you have no sources from Sony.

Question to tipo and miro users using cm10 by FXP

Does the rom contains overclocking feautrs ???

Overclock doesn't depend on rom, kernel must support it,
Fxp custom kernel, to my knowledge, doesn't support as of now.
Hit Thanks if I helped you!

[Q] [Miro] Custom kernels?

Im wondering if there're any custom kernels for Miro at the moment..I' was checking vengance but they seem not to support Miro..I'm using original CM010's kernel and it's kinda slow...

[Q] how to speed up gaming

Can anyone tellme a way how to speed up gaming on my galaxy fit it is running on creed v4
keep maximum free ram as possible by installing only required apps and uninstalling those not required , freezing those rarely required
you can overclock while gaming (at your own risk ) . don't overclock to a very high value
don't keep any apps open I'm background while gaming
I would recommend official cm7 , it is best for gaming

Dude..
I haven't used this app
But I think you need a kernel that supports swap to get it working..so find a kernel that supports swap and flash it..
