Well i need to know how to make sd card as internal storage as my phone doesnt support it. i need custom roms for my xolo q700, anybody please provide them and what does a stock rom backup look like cuz i did one and dunno wether it is a rom backup or not. thank u please help
you have to flash q700i firmware using so flash tools in order to move your apps to sd card, so far no memory mod script for xolo has been released

Guyz i m using canvas A110Q canvas 2 plus....it is running on android 4.2.1.....i have rooted my phone using motochopper....i want to swap my internal sd with an external sd so that i can run high end games....i have a 8 gb external sd....how can i do it....is it the same way as mentioned in the thread for swapping sd for galaxy s4 and s3....i am hesitating for using that method because my device is running 4.2.1 and i m not sure about it...thanx
It doesn't matter if you have 4.2.1, you can still swap your cards with the same trick, modify your volds.fstab file... You can follow the guide HERE
But make sure make a complete nandroid backup first so that you can restore your phone in case it gives a problem..
If you still have doubt, just post your vold.fstab file content here..
Can some body please provide me step by step procedure to solve the problem of installing apps to sd card. I am new to rooting, so it would be great if a detailed procedure is provided. basically i want to root because i am not able to install apps on the sd card directly.
I am not sure when xolo will release an update to fix this.

Android Version: Lollipop 5.0
UI: Stock with Android N-ify
Problem: I partitioned my 32GB SD card and used 'App2SD' app but it says that my external storage is emulated with internal(or maybe vice versa). I only have 8GB internal storage so I'm pretty limited here. Is there any solution for this? Oh, I might flash a custom ROM(which has Move App to SD card or adaptive storage feature) but I'm saving it for last because somebody told me that I cannot delete a ROM once I flash it on a device(Lemme know please if that is wrong and ROMs can be removed once flashed).

if you have root, there are a number of different apps that you can use for that.

like? I've used many like External2Internal but nothing quite worked, although I was somehow successful to make SD card as direct location to store downloads, etc but that really isn't my point. I can always use a cloud for those stuff.
