[Q] RebelMOD CNA ROM Questions

I'm currently running RebelMOD Codename Android 3.6.6 and loving it. I noticed though that the link in the [INDEX] AT&T/ROGERS One X Resources Compilation Roll-Up thread labeled [ROM/Kernel][10/12] [OTA] RebelMOD - Codename Android 3.6.6 Jelly Bean [1.89 Ghz] now points to LiquidSmooth V2.
Is Liquid Smooth replacing CNA? Do I stick with the existing ROM or move to LiquidSmoot?

Yes. They replace each other. Cna was the base for the rom before, now it is liquidsmooth because it has the same features and more.

[Q] Need help with compatible roms

Hello all,
So I just unlocked my phone's bootloader. It's a Telus htc one x with 1.91 firmware running on ics. Just wondering which rom I should flash? I used evita if that means anything. Would like jelly bean if possible.

So I can flash anything from this section of forums? I like sense, I flashed CM10 just to get it officially rooted. Looking for the lastest and greatest, just don't know where to download, unless it's just scattered across here.

Go to android development forum there are a number of sense jb roms. Not a lot of tweaks in them yet as the Rom just got released. I use viper and its very stable but there are a few choices

THIS IS MY PREFERENCE: If you want a stock android feel with the battery and camera of Sense use Senseless RebelROM (in android development Sexton). Right now it's in beta and the video camera doesn't work but other than that it's phenomenal. As the precious poster said, Viper is also a great choice. If you don't like Sense, Nocturnal Dirty and Jellybam are both good choices.

Thanks! I'm trying out Viper now, had it for 3 days. I think I might try out Nocturnal or Jellybam.

Sense based MIUI?? :D

I love MIUI rom so much, but I also love sense camera.
I am no devs, but was wondering if there are any devs who is willing to develop this rom? Considering MIUI v5 is coming soon for One X

The only way you can do a sense based miui is if its ICS. Which isn't worth trying, or if we port from a jb sense miui.. Which I don't know if there are any. Haven't looked into it.
And they mean the international One X. No love for this phone

There was a Sense-based ICS miui thread that was pretty active a while back.
Edit: Found it, but the Sense-based version is no longer linked.

No, it was the original miui thread that linds started. For a while, IIRC, she had it on a Sense base.

How come it has to be ICS? Since the sense source is available, the 3.17 from telus. Im just doing wild guessing, will that be enough?

Because their is no sense based JB miui we can port from, and patchrom doesn't support JB

Port? So, that mean we need similar devices that already has Sense based MIUI JB, such as HTC EVO 4G?

Comparing Stock and Trickdroid..

Hey guys,which Rom do you prefer to use? Stock jb or TrickDroid 6...Share me Ur opinions pls.

You probably meant TrickDroid 9.1 unless you own HTC ONE X which has the TrickDroid 6.
I personally prefer TrickDroid which improves dramatically the performance and the battery time as well as many other tiny tweaks.

TrickDroid 6.0.0 can be better adjusted than STOCK ROM
enigma19932 : Add a version of S3

Everyone has different preferences I guess. I prefer stock vanilla android but don't mind sense. If you are going to use a sense based ROM I'd recommend viper ROM or if you prefer stock android, code lungo or pacman ROM are the best I've seen so far
