Here's one I've had for a long time now http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003ZBZ64Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1370410020&sr=8-2&pi=SL75
This is an updated version compared to mine (a bit more power, dual USB). Since they are so similar, I'll talk about mine. It served me very well, blue indicator lights, automatically turns off if nothing is plugged in, very smooth finish.
I can't speak for how many charges it gave me since its been too long. And I can't test it now since battery capacity decreases over time, but it packs more power than the one you listed. So check it out

http://www.amazon.com/RAVPower®-Fla...qid=1370414373&sr=1-1&keywords=powerbank+7800 i got one of these a while back and have nothing but good things to say about it. although at 7800mah, they do offer 12000 versions for a bit more

thats the one I got for 24.99 was just gonna say that 24.99 vs 99.99 hmmm..... and the ravpower has a led light to use as a flashlight... so I guess I didn't think too hard about it.

Yes, 12000mAh is really worth more than 9000mAh. How long your 12000mAh hold power backup or it store the power till we use it?
Do this type of power pack has standy-by time ???

Blackberry Battery replacing the original battery

For some time I have had battery problems with my VOX, in Venezuela did not get and buying it on the outside is almost impossible.
So I decided to adapt another of another brand, I tried several models and found that making an adjustment to the battery of "Blackberry" you can make it work.
The battery in question is the C-S2, is a 750 mAh battery which will reduce the operating time especially if you use the WiFi, Bluetooth or music player; but its size and internal electronics is compatible with the VOX. I have a HTC S711, Latin American version of the S710.

The adjustment of the battery is very simple, cut the reliefs found in the base and the battery will fit perfectly on the phone. If the battery is new, it is necessary charge it for at least 8 hours with the phone off.
If you want longer duration of operation of the phone, can replace the battery model for the C-M2 (900 mAh) or the C-X2 (1400 mAh).
I hope this will be helpful to anyone who like me search the original battery of this equip and not get it.
Thanks for the tip!
Please update the wiki with this useful information

The battery C-M2 and C-X2 have the same size as the C-S2
Did you try out the others as well? They are all for different devices (and in the online shops they also look different, at least the color is...).
I bought an old Dopod C500, the seller told me the battery needs replacement, but finding the battery is not an easy task so I got some info here, luckily got a CX-2 while even the shopkeeper did not know he has one,
1. CX-2 is a mm thicker than the CS-2 and hence cover can not be closed, its a tight fit so battery does not drop but a solution is required maybe to use double sided tape or something.
2. The capacity is good but the phone is unable to charge the battery and an external charger is required, I even tried using a blackberry charger to over come this, but no luck. The external charger means you need to pull out the battery and leave the phone off for a couple of hours or have two batteries to use one and charge the other.

Does anone have a desk dock other than the HTC one ?

Please let me know
Yes.
I have a £7 one from China with a battery and battery charging area at the rear.
Works very well, however the phone doesn't automatically go into dock mode, which I'm not too fussed about for what I paid for it.
Looks quite sleek as well.
Seidio also has one as well, and you don't need to take a case off to use it.
Be careful with those China, second battery ones. I had one for a Nokia and, while the front part is fine (the phone has it's own charging logic), the spare battery part is dodgy and will just keep charging as long as the battery is in which means it can overcharge and kill your battery very quickly.
Like I say, the front bit is fine so just use that and if you have a spare battery, charge it in the phone only.
I'm currently using this at work: http://www.play.com//ProductOutline.aspx?title=13518370&r=MBLS
It's amazing how readily it grips without being sticky or anything. It holds my nexus landscape on the occasions I want it to without any problems. It's a bit annoying that the charger is still a cable but it's a universal job so you can't expect it to be any different. The swappable plugs are great if you have several devices too and you can never have too many additional usb ports so thats handy too.
There're some cheaper ones without card reader. Just search "slip stand" on eBay.

I've been trying to find the one I got (I posted it here so I guess I can just search through my own posts) - hopefully it has decent charging logic, which I'm guessing by the fact that there's a little light on it that is red while charging the spare and green when it is charged....I'd assume it'd drop down to trickle at that point, but I'd have to set up an ammeter to be sure.
i would love one like this

Works fine with the N1. Not pretty but it works and it's free, you obviously still need to plug the standard usb cable in.

Charging dock with slot for extra battery?

Anyone find a charging dock that can also charge an extra battery? I was thinking of getting a spare battery and wanted a way to charge both my phone and the spare at the same time.

That's a nice looking dock
But if yo are putting the phone in as shown, how are you charging it?
The USB port is at the Top.
it looks like the phone can sit there and you put the phones plug in the top and then a battery goes behind the phone.

Never worked
I got two identical to this from Ben's Bazaar. I'm RMA'ing the replacement right now, I never got either to charge the batt at all. The description says for Fascinate and Mesmerize. On each I metered the 2 contacts (not 3 by the way) @ 0.0 vdc (same contacts on batt ~4.1 vdc)
I just want to add, in all of this, Ben's Bazaar has been a breeze to deal with. I have no fear that they will make this right.
I can't believe samsung made different batteries across the Galaxy S line.
I figured it out there is an extra usb power brick that is used to charge the Ext. batt, The usb communication cable won't charge the ext. batt. just the internal batt. Both cables need to be used. No instructions either.
I saw something similar at my USC store Thursday. It's a battery charger with an extra battery. It doesn't have a dock though. It was around $45 and for the mez. Don't remember the manufacturer, but I'm sure you could find it a little cheeper online.

i dont like these docks because of the lack of accessibility
This one was in the USCC store today, I was tempted to pick it up. Has anyone used it?

Yes i have had one for couple months now and i can tell you it is handy if you use your phone a lot at work and have little time to recharge your battery before leaving the house again in the evening. Just pop in fresh battery after work and you are set for the night.

FWIW I got a portable 5000 mAh battery that is extremely useful, it is USB so you just charge it for a couple of hours then plug your devices in when they get low. It's smaller than my phone and charges almost as good as the wall.

External Battery Case

I'm keeping my eye out for an external battery case. I purchased this phone because of my pure HATE of my LG G4. But, I will need a spare battery and this will be the best way to get it. If anyone sees one, will you post a link? :good:
Anyone see one of these cases yet?
I've been looking. I've asked ZeroLemon if they were making one but they didn't get back to me yet.

It's not the size that counts, it's how long it can last.
Have you thought about a small Quickcharge 2.0 external charger? There are some pretty small ones that you can keep around and get a quick charge when you need it and not have the extra bulk all the time.
I know not the most ideal situation, but may be the best alternative for now...

My Anker QC2.0 charger acted funny on the 2015, 2015 is using something different. So much so that I gave it away when I sold my 2014. You want the official Motorola Turbo Charge adapter on the 2015. The new Marshmallow 6.0 update should help with battery life though.

I'd seriously consider buying an external battery case. I wouldn't use it all the time, but I know there's days where I'll go through very heavy use away from a charger. I don't like using battery packs when I can help it because they're awkward to hold while using the phone.
It would be nice if ZeroLemon makes one..
Just get a external battery with QC. 30 mins will get u 50%.
I need to invest in a quality external charger. I bought 2 12000 MAH from Amazon and my MXP killed them both. They were both rated for 2.1 amp charging but after 2 full cycles they both stop charging. Maybe I shouldn't have used a my Turbo charger to charge the external batteries... Either way, I've returned both and have been skeptical to buy any more.
I also notice that my SP3 will throw errors when I have my MXP plugged in. Basically states that my phone is pulling more power than the computer can supply.

Any new coming phone with the best battery life?

Hello
Is there any new coming phone with the best battery life?
I am looking for the upgrade of Sony Xperia 10 IV which has the best battery life possible in a reputable/robust device.
Is there anything similar coming out or a 10 IV replacement?
Thanks!

How do you define the best battery life? Charge it every day and last the whole day? Or charge it once per week?
Good question, whatever longer I suppose? I don't think a week lasting Android smartphone exists unless it's some kind of Umbugu etc chinese brick or something (I am looking for a regular reputable phone)
Sony Xperia 10 IV charges slowly, but it's the battery life champion. I think you aren't getting that with any other android... Though you might want to check out the Galaxy A53 5G. I'm trying not to be biased(Samsung user here), but this one is a complete package for the price. Charging speed is faster than Xperia(which impacts battery life); though don't expect a two-day battery life, but a day and a half is manageable.
EDIT: check this https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/battery-life.4433277/

Thanks but on GSMarena it shows as 113h endurance when the 10 IV is at 163h which is a huge difference?
I had the Motorola Moto G7 Power which is mentioned at 147h and it wouldn't last a day.
Also I have the Poco F3 which is at 114h and again cannot last more than a day.

That's why I said it's hard to match the 10 IV battery... though A53 is pretty solid mid-range considering the price and all. Now it depends what you use your phone for... I've been testing it in full throttle for 8 straight hours with mobile data on and the battery percentage goes with 44%. That's easily a day and a half with mid-usage.
Mmm thanks, I think I would shift my strategy and seek the slimmest/smallest fast charging power bank and the fastest wireless charging phone. Some wireless power banks are magnetic so if I can stick both and go on for a week, it would be great! Is there anything like that?
That's one way to go, but consider that most magnetic wireless power banks are not powerful enough, not to mention that wireless charging is slower(in most cases) than wired. If you want to go that way, a better alternative is to have a power bank case if you find one that fits your phone. Ex:

But if you want your battery to last for a week, then you should definitely consider a wired power bank (20000mAh should be fine). It's faster and doesn't produce so much heat. I'm using Anker PowerCore 20,100mAh, it's semi-light, and charges my Galaxy s9+ up to 4-5 times.
