This is the information on my htc desire s:

What I did was try to update the ROM to ICS using RUU_SAGA_ICS_35_S_HTC_EU_14.01.401.2_20.76.30.0835_3831.19.00.110_275068 (will this work on Asia? I'm from Philippines). Now it says that its complete and will reboot the phone. After the HTC logo comes out it just go to black screen. I tried again the process by going to fastboot but still no luck.
MY questions are:
1. Will that RUU work for Asia Philippines? The RUU File name says EUROPE.
2. How can I restore my stock ROM? How?

Yesterday i have s-offed my phone and after s-offing i have installed clockworkmod recovery,after that i have updated its h-boot but i think i have flashed wrong h-boot image my phone is bootlooping again and again on white htc screen.

Have you tried reset to the default factory, or just RUU with the right version it will overwrite all. [ROM]Shipped Pyramid ROM Collection
Try removing the memcard so that it won't try to load up the new firmware again.

already deleted PG58IMG FROM memry card,,,but main problem is i am not able to access my phone ,,,i am getting bootloops.
So you haven't yet flashed a rom - you have s-off, stock rom? If so you just need to flash the correct firmware for the rom.

Try this:
Step 1: relock the bootloader (start your phone in fastboot, open cmd, got to folder where are fastboot files, type "fastboot oem lock" )
Step 2: find your desired stock jb or ics online. http://filesdownload.net/showthread.php?70-HTC-One-S-(-RUU_VILLE-)-(-RUU_VILLEC2-)
Step 3: connect your phone to the pc in fastboot (make sure you have the htc drivers installed).
Step 4: run the RUU or stock file as an exe. An installation guide will follow, just follow it through.
Step 5: Now you are in stock ROM:good:
It should work after this!
On my HTC One S [S3] , CID HTC_032 works
I have attached the stock recovery enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

If the td v4 is trickdrdoid v4 I can and it works, BUT I want to go to official 4.0.4 coz jb 4.1.1 has sound speaker problem (changing from in ear to speakerphone by itself)
So my question is how can I get to stock ICS 4.0.4 ?

I unlocked and rooted my htc one sv successfully.
I wanted to install 4.2.2 jelly bean so I wiped out the original firmware without backing it up and later I found that there is no 4.2.2 custom rom available for one sv and now I can't even find out the original RUU..
I tried to install this RUU:
RUU_K2_U_ICS_40_HTC_Europe_1.17.401.3_Radio_0.12.4 0.00.14_2_10.49.40.11L_release_302178_signed
but it also gives error.
My phone is bought from Taiwan and this is what my bootloader shows about phone:

Look,
So your phone is not bricked and you have the original bootloader, right?
Then you must re-lock your phone!
HTC's RUUs only work when locked
Also, your phone's CID must be the same than the RUU's CID you are trying to install...
This file: RUU_K2_U_ICS_40_HTC_Europe_1.17.401.3_Radio_0.12.4 0.00.14_2_10.49.40.11L_release_302178_signed
is only for the 3g version (HTC one sv model C520e) and is not compatible with the 4g LTE version (HTC ones sv model C525e)
better still get superCID.....then you can flash an One SV RUU you want

i already unlock my htc at htcdev and do juopunut s-off and do flash rom
but the only one thing is i forgot to supercid but i still can go to the recovery.
im running out of idea because now the phone stuck at htc logo and cant connect to the pc.
is there anything i can do so i my htc working normally again?

try to install another rom i have this issue with many roms
did you do a full wipe before flashing the rom?
what recovery do you have?
Dont forget to full wipe except sd card if you come from other roms

Actually i am facing problem on my phone.
1. Stock rom of my phone removed and i was not able to get it back from any Where. I was only able to flash custom rom. I want stock back.
2. I found that my phone is rooted but s-on. If s is off then i can install RUU with different hboot.
So i am unable to get s-off and unable to get the stock rom. Plz help
