I've been looking all over google but, all I've seen is app launchers, basically apps which list what you have and launch the clicked app which is not what I want, my objective is to replace the homescreen so I can then override the home and back button which I've heard is possible by creating your own launcher.
Did you mean launchers like nova apex or go launcher?
Play store.

Just tried it, not as smooth as stock, but fun to play with. Don't know when it became available, but it wasn't posted here.
Don't need to flash anything, just install "Stage Launcher" first and then all of the widgets. Acts as a second launcher, comes with new wallpapers too.

Where are the Pics?
They're there.
Couldn't log in to facebook n setup email....anybody having the same problem?
Yea, same problem. This launcher isn't designed for phones (its for Dell Streak), so that might explain why its not working. I'm not sure if someone on here can fix it. If you like the launcher enough, you can just add normal Facebook and Email widgets.
I came across this launcher called claystone launcher. I think it is awesome and here are some screen shots.

It is on android market. Very different from other launcher I have used before.
Market download link here
I'm not able to download it from the market (maybe it's not compatible with my Galaxy S 2) can you post it here??
Thanks
Really nice launcher, works fast and smooth. You can add many pages and easily swype between them. Thanks for the tip.
Works really nice and smooth and is very customizable.
Brings back memories of last weeks massive win over arsenal
hello all, remember that when I saw the video presentation of ICS said that there would be some custom skins for the keyboard stock ... but where are they?
There are some included in the stock keyboard itself. They are hidden in a debug menu
how can i find them?
You need a launcher that has a shortcut or widget to activities. Then go to a android keyboard
Thanks I learned something new today. I really like this theme.

I love you
Was looking in the SecSettings.apk from the latest S4 leak and found some very interesting shots
Looks like there might be a 3rd home screen mode.

2. Basic
3. Easy
The file with the "customer" screen doesn't have the phrase "tw" (TouchWiz) while all the others do so can't be 100% this is included in TouchWiz but it is interesting anyway!
The Lock Screen appears to now allow for Camera and App shortcuts as seen here
First! Lol jk, the customer mode looks nice.

so cool!
awesome!
Customer is for Bloatware Companies that add their **** launcher by default, I guess.
For some reason my N5 seems to have stopped creating a shortcut on the launcher when I install a new app and I cant for the life of me find it...any clues please?!
I use this feature quite heavily as I run a simple one screen setup and tend to browse Play Store from a PC and send software to my phone during the day...that new installs dump to the desktop means I know theres something new for me to tidy up...whereas without this I'm huntimg through pages of the App Drawer trying to remember whats new,
It's the auto-add widgets setting in Play Store
