I was actually digging through a lot of stuff to get to the bottom of this and came back to the thread to post up and see if you had any ideas. Turned out you had it right there, I was using Handcent, not the stock messaging app. I had always thought Handcent used the stock emoticons so it would get them as well when I flashed. Turns out not to be the case. At any rate the flash did work with the stock messaging app but I don't want the emoticons bad enough to use the stock app. Regardless, good work, and appreciate it just the same.
Can I just flash this directly without root and with stock recovery?

PLEASE, if there is any problem with the themes, tell me, preferably PM me so I see it quicker, and I'll try to resolve it as quickly as I can.
All Cyanogenmod 9 mods were made using the CM9 Stable ROM from get.cm, and the CM10 ROM is the August 27th update. Because CM10 has not reached stable phase yet, framework-res.apk is subject to change, and the CM10 mods are subject to break. CM9 is at stable, and will only be updated in case there is a new stable ROM coming.

Just causes a bootloop.

Download TW theme , extract and then input to the sdcard.
Download flashable input data to sdcard
Download Touchwizz Nature UX2 [GT-S7500]. Zip input to the sdcard
go to cwm
Wipe data
Wipe Cache partition
Instal zip From SD
Choose Touchwizz Nature UX2 [GT-S7500]. Zip
Wait for it to finish
Instal flashable data
Reboot
if you have entered the home screen,

I have inspiration rom, do I have to flash stock rom, root phone, then install the touchwiz rom??? or can I install the rom directly from inspiration rom.
Also no chance of hard brick while i'm installing the rom, right???? I won't worry if my phone ended up being soft bricked because i can restore it by flashing stock rom

The stock kernel supports init.d and I have included a few tweaks..
And perseus will automatically be compatible with the same tweaks..
I am personally using perseus woth the profile I shared in the 3rd post itself..

Flashed on SweetRom Black v10.5... the status bar is non transparent on boot, but needs to be pulled down once to make it transparent. The UI in settings, SMS, COntacts, etc looks like Note3, but not everywhere..
It has stock Contact Pictures instead of Note 3 and SGS 4 white contact pictures (cartoon looking).
Usig it mroe now, will let know if any bugs found, no crashes or bugs so far.

Read what "WARNING" Image says and see what happens when you click on it.
BTW, its that different from the other mod from the link you posted.. may be it will differ later on..
Browser and stuff on this Note3 transformation pack still not themed as per note 3, not even gallery.. its alpha, i know, but just reporting.

Noticed major speed boost in the interface and launcher... more smooth and things open faster... may be it has improved or may be its just placebo.. btw, am using x5 in all 3 animation setting in developer option.

The app is called "Theme Tester". I use it to experiment with my themes. No it's not included, but you can get it free in Google Play!

Maybe it's real, I've used XXLT9 apps as base, wich are much more smoother than other builds.
About the non-themed apps: You said it, its still a Work in Progress. Just now I've just finished the SecBrowser, right now I will start with the Music Player.

There is a touchwiz launcher moded for working in cm10.2 i advice u tp make a transformation pacl or use cm10.2 build as a base and themed it like note 3 add some samsung stuff and give us a great rom
