I love my Galaxy S, but I can't honestly recommend anyone to get this phone. It's over two and a half year old now, and the specs are way behind. You can get a much better one at a similar price.

i'm using SGS in car (as second phone) with data SIM for listening Internet Radio and for Waze or Google Maps and it's perfect with CM 4.3.1 (MacKay Rom). But you can buy some cheap dual or quadcore phone - its better in our reality.

Should work. Same as the T-mobile T989. Edit: Maybe not. Looking at the camera, may be slightly different.
I would give Samsung a call to see if they can provide one (or AT&T).

Looking for recommendations to buy a new phone

Hi!
I am looking for a new phone for my sister (27), she doesn't really needs a lot from it, so I was looking for something around 200-350$.
I was thinking about getting her a Motorola Defy+ , shes working at an hospital so the extra protection can be a nice benefit (not must).
I would love to get some opinions

I think its the best phone he can get right?

I would rather say go for xperia ray . Defy and ray are similar in price but xperia ray is much better .

But i don't know prices in the US. I saw in internet that there are refurbished mobiles at really good price for us customers. I wanted to buy one but they don't send to Spain.
Eitherwise if you can go for the galaxy S2

Dude the Motorola Defy is lag as hell! do NOT buy it! Something cheap and good could be the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, cheap and has a very nice performance for the hardware it has, very impresive if you ask me!
Samsung Galaxy SII could be an option if your sister likes to take pictures and likes to play high video quality games on her phone and do many things at the same time.

waiting a review man

Resurrecting an old thread but I just bought a Gear VR SM-R322 and an S6 <$200 for the sole purpose of a cheap VR setup. Are there any suggestions on a better current ROM for this on the S6? The TrinusVR app looks promising for PC based 3D stuff.
