found this on another ace thread:
try:
Take out the sim card, sd card and battery.
Connect to pc.
Press download mode buttons combination for 6 secs or more.
Put the battery.
Run Odin as administrator.
You might be able to recover your phone?

Did a little research and seems this is a bug on various Samsung products look at this and see if it helps http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=35732 . One common fix people applied was to root the phone and than deleting all contents under/data/clipboard/*and then restart phone, copy/paste works. Another temporary fix reported was a factory reset.

I had this issue when I use this firmware:
-tab restarts after 1 min to 5 mins interval (after device turned on).
-having errors rooting my device.
-the "android is upgrading performance" not exactly the word but this appear everytime the device turned on.
but after I wipe data/factory reset in CWM, everything works perfectly!
As of now I'm not encountering the random restart (from some apps) that happened to me from my last official firmware.
Still monitoring my device..

Yeah that says Custom OS not unlock the phone and it was there before the update. If you are getting a prompt about unlocking, that's something different.

Instead of making a new thread every 6 hours maybe you should start one thread for all of your issues.
To help you..you need to help us. What ROM are you using? What version of that ROM? What recovery did you use to flash? This might help you to get the answer you are looking for with just a little more info.

Ever since I uploaded from 4.0.3 ICS my phone has been getting "stuck"... The screen gets crazy if I touch it, the other buttons won't respond. The only way I seem to fix it for like 2 minutes is by locking it and unlocking it... When I bough it, it came with 4.0.3... Since then I moved from ROM to ROM...
4.0.3=>4.1.2
4.1.2=>4.2 Cyanogenmod
4.2=>4.1.2
4.1.2=>4.0.4
4.0.4=>4.3.1 BeanStalk
4.3.1 BeanStalk=>4.3 PAC
4.3 PAC=>4.3.1 BeanStalk
4.3.1 BeanStalk=>4.1.2
I left cyanogenmod because I didn't liked the look of my phone and because I wasn't able to play some of my favorite games.
I left BeanStalk because the camera.app kept crashing and forcing reboot.
I left PAC because the keyboard wouldn't show up and I wasn't able to finish the set up.
I left 4.0.4 because some apps were too new for it.
On 4.1.2 I get a lot of times stuck, but in other ROMs (even on Stock 4.0.4) the frequency of stucks were less...
I'm sorry for my awful english. I am from Argentina.
I'm really freaking out because each day my cellphone gets stuck even more!

Oh sorry I didn't understood before. Maybe it's screwed but the thing is that in BeanStalk it didn't got stuck but I wasn't able to use the camera. Also it didn't got stuck in PAC but the keyboard wouldn't show up and display error messages all the time. I might go back to 4.0.4 since it works better than 4.1.2 (in my case).

Move all your files(pics,movies,music etc) to your computer. Format everything and try Odin again. Make it like the phone was new right out of the box never used. Troubleshoot from there.

I think it's cache/data from previous rom that was causing your full "stuck".

You think it's clean I'll bet there are some artifacts, also I'm doubting you format your SD cards.
