Hi XDA my friend has a galaxy r , he wants to root it and update to 4.0.4 or get the best ROM and kernel available for gaming and customizations for the galaxy R.... im gonna help him out since i got experience using adb, im only familliar with adb flashing my nexus s...
1st- can i use adb instead of odin ?if its required to use odin then i got no choice,..
2nd-can you guys suggest if what ROM/kernel combo to use or stock 4.0.4 is the best to use...
3rd-whats the best i can do with galaxy r?

Also suggest me some custom roms,, between am in rooted and unlocked bootloader....

^^This^^ Best ROM, best kernel, etc threads typically aren't allowed. "Best" will depend on you, what you like, how you use your device, where you live, and so on...the best thing is to try some out and them keep the one you like best. If you are worried about you device, never flash a ROM when it is first released...after a few days the posts in the thread will let you know if it is safe to flash...

Firstly this thread belongs to Q/A thread and secondly if you are having any working apk of the camera then share.
The way you are sharing s duos camera , a number of people would flash it on their phone and may face a lot of problems.
I am not trying to make Mess here. Please don't mind. This was for the betterment of people.
