if your phone is kittkat, it ain't gonna work, try kingroot instead

You won't be able to root your device if there is only one exploit. Actually, it only decreases the chance of rooting your device. But based on overall, it depends on your device and i think, your region might be a problem of bringing more exploits to your Framaroot.
