and
unpack with root explorer and put your framework to /system/framework folder and zip with root explorer . Done ready flash with cwm

Are u rooted ? On a custom rom ? If so try changing rom and/or kernel.

[Q] Deleted SU binary and chmod

I'm using live with walkman on 4.0.4 I by mistake deleted SU binary and chmod files from/system/bin/ and I don't have clockwork mod also when I try flashing my phone it gets aborted,please help me gaining root access.

what on earth made u delete those! u have to reset ur phone and root it again to get back root access... just do a wipe data/cache/dalvik from cwm..
or a simlple factory reset from stock recovery..
