Hey guys
After updating to jb i realized that its junk.
I would like to downgrade to ics again.
The problem is my mobile has a tcom branding.
The call center worker told me if i flash an offical rom this won't void the gurantee but the question is if this is true.
We know this guys tzzz.....
So does anyone has an tcom or telekom ics ftf for me?
jb would be also okay just for restoring warranty.
By the way i bought it in Germany.
Dumping my own firmware isn't possible, because seus doesn't work somehow.
Thanks in advance

hi, need to send my touch pro off for repair.
its an o2 serra officially but i got rid of that rom and radio way back.
where can i find the rom and radio which i need?
alternatively is it ok to flash any official htc rom or does it have to be o2's for it to be covered by the warranty?
thanks
checked their site ?
tried to google it?
if they will void your warrenty if you have a custom
or htc rom on is hard to say not being rocket scientists
they might never notice
Hello Guys,
I just bought a Samsung GT-S5570 Galaxy Mini. It's running Android 2.2 and I want to update it to 2.3.3 and get CyanogenMod on it.
I wonder how can I backup the stock rom, so I won't void the warranty after a rom update? If I would need to get it to warranty back with Android 2.2. Cause I can't find the stock rom nowhere.
up~ Any ideas anyone?
You probably already know this, but you would have to get the factory ROM directly from Samsung or your cell provider. If you do some searching around you might find it posted somewhere online. Best of luck and happy hacking!
can anyone help i went and debranded my xperia s and now i have ics but me being an idiot i forgot to backup my original firmware i was wondering if there was anyone out there that still has original firmware that i could get so i can update to official branded ics when it is out. thanks
Hi there all. I saw a looot if tutorials how to flash back to stock in orger to recieve upcoming OTA update.....
and i was wondering... is that true? After avoiding wareanty (by rooting device), is possible to re-avoid warranty by unrooting back to stock? Sounds weird heh? still a lot of developers on XDA say, yes you will recieve update....
i was rooted and then flashed back and recieved update from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4...
and after that, official support still think i will not recieve update....
So im looking for your advices to find a true... please argue here between you to achieve real truth because support should have true but it shouldnt same way....
what is your opinion and what is your expierence?
Just bought a z3 but need some advice.
I bought the phone and it was originally on vodaphone but was unlocked via one of those phone repair shops. (im not on vodaphone)
Now here comes what the issue is. I dont like the stock voda apps and the fact they control upedates its still on 5.0.2 build: 23.1.a.1.28 for reference.
Now what is the generic uk ftf file I need to flash?
Will I lose drm keys if I flash a new ftf?
will the phone return to vodaphone only? (I am sure it Shouldn't but maybe someone knows otherwise?)
Also should i go to 5 than 5.1 or straight to 5.1 ftf?
Thanks for any help been awhile since I have installed any custom roms ir even rooted a phone really. Been running the xperia z stock for 6 months
Dw took the dive and went off what I used to know with some educated guessing and all is good
