The i9500 probably won't support OpenGL ES 3.0.... just saying.

I've seen some methods like starts with "Dial *#0011#". But some say it needs to be rooted, how am I going to do that? Do I need to root my Galaxy S4 first before unlocking it? So I can use a different SIM. Please help. Tulong mga tropa. Thanks.
