i am asking for moding systemUI lile miui ROM not only changing toggles png only ...i want to make status bar with two parts 1 for toggles n another for notification like in miui rom

search for ics theme by achep for cm7 on google and download the transparent and semi transparent theme....
or go to ace themes section
you will get ample of ways to add transparent statusbar on cm7

Hello everyone plz i just wanted to ask you if its possible to change the appdrawer icon as you see in my screenshot i just need to change the appdrawer icon to a face like the alien in the wallpaper or anything possible , is it possible ?

The easiest way would be to use a launcher that allows you to use your own png images for icons. I don't know what launcher you'll have on there (Trebuchet?) but does it give you any options if you long-hold the app drawer button?
If not, there's lots of launchers that do what you ask, but I recommend Nova, just from personal experience. (Freely available on the Play Store.)
I acually have TREBUCHET but still if i long press the icon i can only change the name of the app and i just want to change the icom in trebuchet not install another launcher for a icon cuz that will take my Ram and i have only 280 (low ram ) so please if you know how can i change the appdrawer icon plz answer me how
Ps : i wanna change it and stay in trebuchet is this possible ?

as for the archive he has 2 pic
please first the blue alienware face i want it in the Notification bar background
and for the blue lockscreen pic i want the face of the alien to remplace the lockscreen icon that unlock the lockscreen
PS : tthe 2 picture that in the post is to see the lockscreenicon that i want to change ( the white one ) please help me and thx soooooooo much

if you install custom battery icon mod you will not get Notification Panel mod &
if you install Notification Panel mod you will not get custom battery icon mod
so i have make both running in one file so you can use both mod
you can use this mod in any stock or custom rom
just flash this from cwm recovery

buddy the battery mod will not work on ics if u want to work it on ics the provide ur ics stock

they isn't need a guide but the port statusbar files are already so (flashable zip)

How to mix the settings option of the rom
1.- from rom Like-S4-v2.0.2-GalaxySL-JDQ39E-Alpha8 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251795)
transparency setting like like with lock screen alpha, n all other option
-brightness bar as in LIke s4 v2.0.2 but with black background with its enable disable option in setting menu
