Is there any way to have stock ICS rooted with custom kernel on my LwW with unlocked bootloader? I tried flashing ICS firmware and then flashed KrSH kernel but it stuck on Sony logo...

Overclock doesn't depend on rom, kernel must support it,
Fxp custom kernel, to my knowledge, doesn't support as of now.

I just have a simple and fast question... I know I can install CM10 on JB but every tut i find is on 11.2.A.0.28 or something like that, I wanna know if there will be no problem with installing CM10 on My Xperia J 4.1.2 JB (11.0.2.A.0.31). If so can i use this guide and files ??

I think you have to downgrade to ICS and then do tut on official threat.

Downgrade to ICS or you wont find the GSM network on CM 10

I REMOVED UNWANTED APPS
I ADDED SEEDER APP
I ADDED INIT.D TWEAKS
I ADDED BUILD.PROP TWEAKS
I ADDED BOOT.IMG FROM MIUI V5
AND LOTS MORE FIND IT YOURSELF.
DOWNLOAD
3.1.11
MIUI 3.2.22 MEGA UPLOAD
RE UPDATED REBUILD 3.1.11 LATEST (RECOMENDED)
HOW TO INSTALL
BACK UP EVERYTHING FIRST
THEN GO TO CWM RECOVERY
WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET
WIPE CACHE PARTITION AND THEN FORMAT SYSTEM AND THEN WIPE DAVLIK CACHE
THEN FLASH THE ROM

It's not about performance, 3.2.22 is the final build wich has everything best from MIUI, patches, fixes, functions etc.
Good to know you gonna update it. Try to find multilingual version, I'm trying too

No need if u have unlocked your boot loader . Just flash it via cwm

Incase all you want is a stock kernel, All you have to do is flash stock firmware, exclude everything in the checkboxes except the kernel.
If you want a kernel with cwm or twrp, use phantom or thunderzap or phoenix or civic. anything would do.
Flash using fastboot and then by recovery to get the modules set.
I recommend you Phantom v7 for JB Xperia L, it's absolutely stable unless you, for me, want to install cm11 KK
