[App][2.2+]I Owe You You Owe Me[May 13][v2.0.7] - Android Apps and Games

Hi Guys,
Been developing for Android for a couple years now and have some apps published. I know XDA for years now and, believe it or not, just today I signed up for the forums. Silly me!
History:
Last year I traveled with my family. It was a big group, 6 people in total. It was a lot of fun, but we had one small problem: sharing the expenses! At one point my father would pay for the taxi, hours later I would pay for lunch, and after that my mom would get me some ice cream... and it goes on for a whole week.
After 7 days, I had no idea how much I owed my parents, or how much they owed me. Quite annoying! That's when I decided to develop an app to try to overcome this.
Using the I Owe You You Owe Me app you can create debts and credits for your family friends, picking them from yout Android's contact list, or quickly creating a contact in the app. You can also find this person in your Facebook friend's list and, if this person also have the IOU app, he will automatically get notified that you are creating a credit or debit for him/her. Pretty neat!

Please visit the Play Store and download it for free. If you like it, please leaving me a rating. Please send me a bug report if anything crashes. I look forward to your reviews and feedback. Any improvements you guys can think of, do please let me know as well.
I have created the Free and Pro version. Free is Ad based and Pro is not. Basically that's all. I have decided that from now on I won't be adding new functionality to the Free version, just the Pro one.
The next functionality to be implemented will be integration with Paypal. You will now be able to pay (or get paid) your friends through the app, using your Paypal account!
I am also considering the use of the new Google Wallet, but not for now at least.
Features:
- The IOU data inserted in the app is now backed up in the cloud. If by any chances you have to wipe out your phone, for example, when you install it again, the data will be there!
- Facebook integration. If you connect I Owe You You Owe Me to your Facebook it now means that your friends can find you via the app the add debts or credits to you. And vice-versa.
- Reminder notification. Set an alarm to let you know when a debt or credit is due.
- History. You are able to see the history of pay outs
- App support many different currencies
- Reports. Generate reports to be sent by e-mail to your friends
Download:
The free version can be found here
The pro version can be found here
Changelog:
V 2.0.7
- Data is backed up in the cloud.
- Changed layout. I have worked really hard to get where the layout is right now and, although it's a work in progress, it is pretty slick!
- Facebook.

Hope it helps!

I am thinking about implementing payments using Paypal or not...
Do you guys use Paypal?

Would love to get some inputs, guys! Anyone had the chance to install the app?
Cheers

[APP] BaselsSMSer /SMS flooder/bomber

Hey
I recently bought a Android-phone and thought of starting developing some apps for it! So I ported my BaselsSMSer "previously on winMobile". Thought that maybe some users would find it handy! I'm a "freebee" developer, so I support all software development that is opensource and free for the public. I was surprised when I saw the $25 fee on Market, and thought, "I ain't gonna pay 2 share stuff I'm publishing for free"! So i'm gonna share it with you guys here @xda!! It's the first release and you may find it buggy! Please report any bugs/problems!!
Quick Guide:
-(Number)You can either choose to type the number you wish to flood directly in the text field or click on a name in the list to get contacts number
-(Message)Type the message you wish to send
-(Quantity)Type how many messages to send
-(Send) Send it/them!!
EDIT: Requirement: Android 2.1 or above!

Good app to have fun with, but costly!
not costly if you have a sms flat like me
hehe, I have unlimited free SMS service.. so no problem here.. =)
Why is not there anything like this on Play Store?
The only thing I found was SMS Bomber, but he was deleted from market.
Because it goes against googles rules..
Great first release. Few suggestions. You should be able to search contacts, add multiple numbers to spam, and and be able to spam group texts. Such as view your text threads and you select your group text thread and you can aoam that.
Love it though! Thanks

Just a suggestion
How about a function to set the time between the messages?
Like sending one message every minute or something?
I've let go of this app a long time ago... But for u guys I'll think about implementing ur suggestions...

[WIN] Galaxy S Black Leather Wallet!

Hey Guys
I got some of these cheap, so im going to be giving one to a random member of the community. But then that would be just TOO easy giving it away. So, i'm asking you to post your favourite modification or application for Froyo 2.2 JPH firmware.
Post An:
- Application
- Game
- Theme (For TouchWiz)
- Modification
or anything else you can think of that I would like. This is open to UK members only because I ain't shipping to outside countries that would cost me alot of money to post. Other members can still participate as I will be giving one person £2.00.GBP on PayPal to another member that is not in the UK. Picture of the case below!

What a VERY nice gesture, well done!!
It makes such a NICE change to read something like this post instead of the normal stuff that goes on.
If Im honest I could never post a favourite ANYTHING!! theres just so much and its all good.
Keep up the good work and once again, well done for doing this.

Think of it this way, if you had your JPH firmware, and you could only install ONE third party app, mod or things like that, what would you install? And i'm giving one or two of these away because I have learned alot here, made my phone awesome (Just like I did my Nokia 5800), and now giving something back!
Go on then, Ill have a go
So I go and look at my phone, on there are the things I cannot live without like:
Android Manager
Audio Manager
Beautiful Widgets
Dropbox
Handcent SMS
London Tube Live
National Rail
Home Switcher
Screen On
Shazzam
SMS Backup and Restore
Simply Lockscreen
Tweetcaster
WiFi Analyzer
There all the apps I ALWAYS install on any rom I have installed...
Think Beutiful Widgets is the top??
Maybe SMS Backup and Restore 2nd, I like to have my SMS backed up when messing with roms.
There ya go.. if I chnage my mind Ill edit it LOL

not the most productive suggestion but the only app/game i seem to use on a daily basis is:
Lets Golf from gameloft.
it really is good fun and very addictive - and i also purchased this phone on its gaming potential over anything else.
i also play superheroes alliance daily but thats more of a thing to do when i have 5 mins free (add me jtjih)
also very nice gesture
Home Screen App - Launcher X Pro
Game - Angry Birds
3/4 repilies, leaving it until tomorrow night to decide!
Adam if it helps decide I love you lol.... could swap you a child even choice of 2, both make tea <jk>

(when it's released) New version of MyPhoneExplorer with Android support.

Measures time spent on each app. See which apps to uninstall because you're not using them!
The most accurate app usage tracker! Accurate to less than a second on Android 1.6 and up.
Main features:
* Free (for now)
* Shows app usage by time or number of launches.
* See usage for today, the last week, the last month, or since installing.
* Click on apps for more information, like first launch, install date, etc.
* Uses virtually no battery power- only records when you change apps, unlike others which check every x seconds!
See how much time you're wasting on Angry Birds or Facebook!
Great app. It is an app that should have been present on Gingerbread by default.
Hey chaitanya91845, thanks for your download, really glad you liked it. If you have any suggestions, please let us know
Quick update:
Added default icon for apps with no icon. 1.3 had this for new users; 1.3.2 fixes it for upgrading users.
When I go to the market, I get this error "Your device is not compatible with this item"...
I'm using galaxy ace with cm 7.1....
Same message with my HTC desire.
Works on my HTC Evo...
Same here not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S i9000T. I wonder for what devices it will work.
thank you testing it now.
Hi adiles, kostelo, claus1953,
Thanks for the feedback.
This seems to be an incompatibility with recent versions of CM. We've changed some settings on our official Android Market account; hopefully that fixes it. Can you please try again?
If that doesn't work you should be able to install it from slideme: http://slideme.org/application/appusage
Please let us know how you go

Great app... but I'm less than impressed by the recent update that forces users to add their gender and age.
Hey zmattmanz. Glad you like the app. It should have only asked you about your gender and age once... that has always been present, not as part of an update. Did it ask twice?
If you're concerned about your privacy, don't worry. We're pretty sure it's not possible to personally identify you. No one will contact you. It's more anonymous than the top search engines!

Cool! Thanks for letting us know
Update: We released a pro add-on that opts you out of the data screen. Keep in mind that the non-pro version collects NON-IDENTIFIABLE information. In other words, this is more anonymous than using google. But as requested, we released a pro add-on version to suit some customers at a very reasonable price. We are currently working on new features for both versions, but the pro will have some extra add-ons. Thanks for all the replies and email, we take your feedback very seriously.

Awesome. I am loving it especially since I am the only one in my area meaning I get in early with the buying. What I also like is that it doesn't require the checking in person to have this app and yet I still earn. Thanks for the fun of this hope it grows bigger quickly.
How Do i attack people's venues? Coz i have seen you attack me, but i cant find how to Do it, Do I need to be close to the location or something like that?
Ps, if i can help with testing something, sent me pm, I am from Belgium to
Edit : forget to update attacking is working

Hey, i saw you're from belgium
At this moment, i just want to get it bug-free, so if you encountered crashes, please report them (through google play or here). Personally, i don't have a lot of them but there's always a chance
Also, at this moment it is actually important that more users join the game so i can see how the servers react to a higher 'game load' but apparantly it is not easy to get a lot of users. Possibly, the game will die in a while
Anyway, i keep developing new features and all. Maybe you have some tips to make the game more appealing and more fun?
I try to find some new goals and badges to reach to make the game more 'game'
There is currently also some bug sometimes, due to the foursquare servers (faulty load balance / technical errors on fsq-servers). More info can be found here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/...ll-for-checkinscount-returns-different-values
I can't always get the correct checkins every hour. I thought i catched it in my code but apparantly this night i got $300000 dollar rent for a venue (Panos)
So this are things i still need to check out
First thing to do is also pimping the navigation style (i was thinking on a left sliding bar navigation drawer)...
But a big tnx for your interest!
By the way, play store rating and/or comment can also help
Urgently seeking someone with a 2.2 or 2.3 android version to test this app. Some are reporting force-closes but i fixed some things (sherlockactivity) and want to know if all works now for lower android versions...
Emulator seems ok though
Cant test android 2.3
But on leaked 4.3 for nexus 4 game is runing fine
